I was using the Rhythm at my local physical therapy but can only go in once a week because they are so far away. I am using this machine as well as other therapies to reverse neuropathy in my left leg. I am an amputee on the right and after having a hip replacement several years ago I was left with neuropathy in my left leg which has been progressively getting worse. I love the vibration plate helps stimulate blood flow but it also helps with balance, core strength and metabolism. It helps loosen my back when I use it and I feel great afterwards. I am thrilled I was able to get this equipment at home so I can use it daily. I like it has handles in case I need them but the way it’s built is very versatile. It was very easy to put together and easy to operate.

fantastic machine. One of the best things I ever purchased to help with my health issues. So enervating, feels so good to use. The results are almost immediate too. I had some lymphatic drainage issues and they are much improved. Muscles in legs and hips are much firmer and stronger.

This vibration exercise machine was recommended by my physical therapist, and I absolutely love it. The quality is great for the price—it’s much more affordable than similar models, but still very effective. I’ve been using it daily as part of my recommended routine. This vibration plate machine is working well for me. I learned quickly to ease into use somewhat slowly but I am making good progress. I am hoping it will help slow my osteoporosis.

For an at home option this one for exceeds the others. Easy assembly, easy to get the warranty, easy to operate and fully functional. Good presets and manual is the default. Extras are nice. The phone holder just does not fit though. And the mat sent could be thicker. Otherwise no reason not to give 5 stars.

Excellent purchase. Easy to put together. Comes with some extras i.e. exercise bands, cup holder and phone holder. Very sturdy and quiet. Will make this part of my daily routine. Did I forget to mention it has a lifetime warranty.

My Mom has macular degeneration and bone density issues. This machine has big buttons, display and a wide range of vibration levels. This makes it easy for her to see and use. The machine seems very sturdy and was relatively easy to put together. It has wheels on the bottom if it to make it easy to move around. Would recommend to others who are wondering. I like it but it was suppose to come with a membership of different exercises. The link they supplied doesn’t work.

Just received the product. So far i have used it 2 times and feels like what its supposed to do.

My husband and I are really pleased with this vibration plate. It seems well made, has great options, was easy to assemble and looks even nicer than the pictures. It's really quite quiet compared to our smaller unit and came quickly so we are grateful to be using it sooner than we thought.
