Exclusively Dog Cookies Best Buddy Bones Peanut Butter Flavor Training Treats, Natural and Made in The USA, 5.5 oz

The packaging says "Made with Real Peanut Butter," and, you'll have to take my word for this, they actually seem to have been made from real peanut butter. The smell like peanut better, and the dogs seem to love them. We work with a rescue group in our area, so we carry a bag of these always in my car. There is enough scent that dogs will give them a good sniff, even from five or six feet way, and either edge in or wait to have one tossed close. Haven't met the stray dog who wasn't attracted to these (and those strays are generally pretty cautious). I've had part of a bag in the car for probably four months, and they are still relatively fresh, so you can probably expect them to last a good while. One thing about the choices on these treats: the small bones are easy to break, and you still get a decent bite, depending on the size of the dog. If you go for the "Training Treats", they are smaller and really not breakable. They remind me of those candy dots that used to come on long strips of wax paper. They taste fine, but they are pretty limited in terms of sharing. For the money, they are more-or-less in line with other treats, but dogs do seem to like them.

Excellent product but company was bought recently by Ethical Pets in NJ and so far they have not indicated when and if they will continue selling the former’s excellent dog biscuits (mini cheese bones) and cheese trainer bits on their website. Hopefully they will continue to bake them in the US. It seems allot of Ethical Pets products originate from China….. currently trying alternatives mini cheese bones from 3 Dog Bakery and cheese training bits from Cloud Star Tricky Trainers.

The seller is great. I received them in a timely manner. They shipped when they said they would. I think these are great treats. They smell fresh. The are crunchy treats. There not too hard and not too soft. My dog (Lucy) likes them but it's not her favorite. She doesn't get too excited about them, but she does eat them. That's why I didn't give them 5 stars.

My dog seems to like them. She hasn't complained. I don't know how they taste, but given my dog's reaction, I gave the flavor 5 stars, because she seems to think they're pretty good. I used to get the cheese flavor, but they stopped being on subscribe & save, so they offered me a switch to peanut butter. My dog is apparently equally content with this flavor. If she could write the review, I could be more accurate, but alas, she has paws. So I'm giving my best guess based on observation.

Used in training and for general treats. Keeps my Boston terrier happy and doesn’t add unnecessary pound to her trim little body!
