This is by far the best magnesium supplement we’ve tried. We’ve purchased it several times and recommended it to family and friends, who now love it too. I suffer from migraines, and it makes a huge difference when I take it. My sleep is much better, and my energy during the day has improved massively. It costs a little more than average, but it’s worth it – it lasts a while, and taste-wise, the plain fizzy version isn’t unpleasant at all. You also get other flavour options if you want a change.
