Awesome!
This is great! I fractured a lumbar vertebra and the surrounding muscles are in serious spasm mode. When frozen, this is great to work on relaxing and numbing them. Can see many uses for this in the future. Even frozen, the ball rolls smoothly and the plastic holder is easily held in my hand and not cold. The ball is removable but I just keep the whole thing in the freezer. I imagine if you were going to heat it up it would be best to heat the ball separate from the plastic holder. I gave away my first one to a friend in need and ordered another for me. I may have to give these as Christmas presents this year!

The frozen ball works.
This is very useful for my knee. Rolling the frozen ball around my knee eases the aching. Very easy to use.

Very effective for inflammation. Can also serve as a heat/cold care massager or without heat or cold.

It's an ice pack that can also massage into the deeper parts of muscles that really need it. I have used this to help through injury to my hip, but have then continued to use after exercise to help my muscles recover. Easy to get cold in the freezer, and keeps the cold for longer than I can bear to use it!

Ich habe mich soooo auf das Teil gefreut. Meine Physiotherapeutin hat es nach einer Anwendung an mir empfohlen. Ach, war das in Physio gut getan. Leider, leider hat die Silberne Kugel gefehlt. Na super dachte ich mir, wie soll ich das denn beweisen?? Amazon kontaktiert und schwupps, Problem gelöst. Danke Amazon!! Ich würde 5***** vergeben,da ich es in der Physio schon kennengelernt habe und es mir gut getan hat, aber wenn die Kugel fehlt.... geht's halt nicht .
