DEWALT DG5145 Contractor's iPad Holder

I am not a contractor, but I bought this use this all the time for my iPad. It is excellent protection in my shop and around my projects, and is very handy. It seems built to last- heavy duty material, steel zipper, heavy stitching all look good- feels hefty in the hand, solid. I love the measuring tape feature as I go around the house and take down the all the information on rooms, and transfer them right to my iPad software. The handle grip is very convenient and the case allows me to snap pictures too. The product dimensions are pretty accurate, plenty of room in the case for business cards and such- if you need it. Overall I like this a lot and highly recommend it.

So far item is great. We will see how it lasts, but it seems durable and has dense foam padding to protect the iPad which fits just about perfectly. The strap on the side is really helpful when trying to hold the iPad in one hand and touch the screen with the other. Good design!

My job involves in home presentations of home improvements so it is always a game changer being able to show the homeowner photos instead of a sales brochure. So that is what brought me to this case, hopes of finding that answer. It leaves much to be desired if you really want the compressed version. The tablet pocket fits no current ipad model due to the size of the pocket and the ones it does "fit" need to be altered to be able to slide in there because it is too thin. It is also great if you're walking around but you better find an answer should you need both your hands like climbing a ladder. That padding isn't very shock proof either so hold on to it like you just got presented a crystal vase. All in all probably wouldn't be buying this model again.

I get so much use out of this and the matching contractor's portfolio that I would be lost without them! They are sturdy, well made, efficiently laid-out, and are so much better than anything else I've used! Best of all, they are DeWalt. 'Nuff said!

iPad fits well in the case without moving around. Convenient storage pockets on the inside and pen/stylus holder on the outside. I don’t worry about my iPad being on the job site in this case.

I love my I-Pad case. My device fit perfectly. It goes great with my DeWalt clipboard!

This is an amazing case, however it does not fit the 8th generation iPad as advertised. I missed the return window..needless to say it’s collecting dust but an amazing durable case!

Great case. Holds and protects the iPad well. Has plenty of room for cards of all sorts. Another nice thing is if you forget to hide it when you leave your truck it doesn't scream iPad. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars only because it can't stand the iPad up. Otherwise it's a great case
