I've been to the doctor's office several times for this procedure. This was by far the fastest and most comfortable lavage I have experienced. It felt really gentle but it removed the wax buildup quickly and effectively. I used the drops for a few days while I waited for this to arrive. Then a single bottle full of use fixed the problem and it was really easy to do at home. It seemed expensive but for the time and $ I saved not paying for an appointment it was totally worth it. It will last a long time though and all the extra tips will let me do this on a regular basis at home so I feel it was a good value.

Outstanding quality that justifies its expensive price tag. I fill mine with hydrogen peroxide and then add hot water. Hot water is needed to level out the temp as cold water will give you a headache. Best used in the shower. The blue tips disperse the water in five directions. Just a well made and an essential product for good hygiene.

Amazingly easy to use cleaned so much wax out of my ears!

I deal with occasional earwax impactions, and would have to go to urgent care and pay a copay to get my ear flushed 1-2 times per year. The last time it happened, the nurse used this exact product to clear my ears. I made a note of the product name and purchased it. It works as advertised and has more than paid for itself in the time and money I save by not needing to go to a doctor’s office to clear out impactions—I’m able to maintain my ears safely and before any issues impact my ability to hear. I recommend this product.

Over $90 dollars for a spray bottle? No solution, a few extra ear tips, pathetic.

Product is half the size as the one in the doctor's office. No indication it was going to be so small, looks the same in the picture, but is not the same size!

Works as intended. Very satisfying to see big yellow chunks of ear wax getting flushed out. Recommended for children.
