Effective and easy to take
These are great high‑strength capsules, and they’ve been easy to take consistently. I was previously very low in vitamin D, and since using these regularly I’ve felt much more confident about keeping on top of my intake, especially living in the UK, where the sky is more grey than blue most of the year. The added vitamin K is a bonus and makes the formulation feel well thought‑out. They’re not the cheapest vitamins in our cupboard, but they feel like a solid, reliable option and they do the job for us.

High strength
I have been taking this high strength Vitamin D3 K2 supplement for a while - 5 orders in total - and was taking it daily to help with aches and pains and it’s possible benefits in helping fight against COVID. Recently I had blood tests to check on a condition which my GP said may require me to take a high dose of Vitamin D for a long period of time. I said I was already taking a supplement but he said it would be unlikely to be sufficient. When the results came back, I was advised to stop taking the supplement as my Vitamin D levels were double the top of the normal expected rate! It will be checked again in 6 months. Be aware that you may not need this as a daily dose as it is certainly very potent.

Great product but price too high
I’ve been using these for a while now but don’t have to order very often. I wasn’t sure these were the ones I normally order, but seeing the photo of 3 bottles I thought the price was good. Imagine my shock when I received 1 bottle rather than the 3 shown in the picture! This is a very high price for one bottle and will be looking elsewhere in future
