Risotto
Perfect for making risotto’s. It cooked exactly like it should. The rice held its texture well. Very creamy and delicious. I tried it in several different risotto’s it worked great in all of them.

Somehow I can’t always find Arborio in stores around here so this is a great. And it tastes great in my pilaf.

Good price, rapid delivery. VG rise for risotto, but Carnaroli and esp Vialone Nano are significantly better--pl;ease stock them!!
