I really like these storage bags. I bought multiple sizes and they all work great. Really easy to use, and you can fit a lot of stuff in one bag. They are quite thick so you can reuse them over and over!

I wasn't sure what to expect with the Amazon Basics bags. I have used many other companies in the past, including Hefty. I have to say that the quality of the bags is impressive. I bought the multi-size package which comes with a hand pump. I was even impressed with how well the hand pump worked. I would definitely purchase again.

So far all are ok except 2. One of those came with an air leak so I can see my clothes in the bag have already expanded in the closet. The other had a tear in it! Useless! Have reordered another brand.

Had this for just over a month now and the seal holds good so far. The bags feels kind of thick so it is pretty durable. Easy to use just stuff what ever inside and vacuum out the air. It does come with a portable suction pump which works nicely, but the vacuum works a lot faster.

These are fantastically easy to use. They do everything they're advertised to do. The variety of sizes took care of all of my needs, from clothing to bed sheets, blankets, and even pillows. The pump is easy to use. I'd say you couldn't get an easier to use product that helps with storage space as well as preserving the products you put within them.

Bag quality is inconsistent. We had a few that worked great (and are still sealed as of writing this review) but about half of them did not seal properly and leaked within the first day of usage even after multiple attempts to re-seal. At least one of the bags broke at the seam almost immediately.

Huge space saver! Easy to use, strong seal, and the hand pump is handy for travel. Great value for organizing. These bags are excellent for reducing storage bulk—easily shrink comforters, sweaters, and pillows to a fraction of their size. The double-zipper seal is sturdy and easy to close, with a clear click-lock feel. The valve works well with both the included hand pump and a vacuum. The plastic is thick but soft and flexible, not stiff or crinkly, so it’s gentle on fabrics. Great for closets, travel, or seasonal storage.

These are a total joke. At least if you are interested in using them to compress the contents for the purpose of reducing total storage volume. I tested one of the X-Jumbo 48x32 bags by inserting a down comforter, some pillows, and a blanket. This should be exactly what these bags are intended for, right? First problem: the dinky pump they give you will take forever to evacuate the bag; forget it. I used my Rigid shop-vac to suck the air out and compress the contents. This worked fine. Second problem: after less than 3 minutes, the bag had expanded to its original, un-compressed size. In other words, the value in the bag is junk -- it let's the air right back in. So what's the purpose of vacuuming the contents -- I have no idea. My conclusion is that these are absolutely useless if you expect them to reduce the amount of space necessary to store their contents. If you are buying these solely to protect the contents from moisture or insects, you might be better served by simply using non-vacuum ziploc-type bags. I mean, if the valve can't keep the contents compressed for more than a couple of minutes, it might be equally eager to let moisture/bugs/whatever in as well. This seems to be a ridiculous product that fails its most basic function. I'm glad that I didn't just take it on faith that these work and waste a ton of time loading/vacuuming the remaining bags, only to find out they had all returned to their original size.
