Alpha Gal Safe
It took me forever to find an alpha gal safe vitamin B12. Glad I found this one and it passes on Pill Clarity for being safe.

I'd buy again later down the road.
4 stars ONLY because my experience is a little different. Proud Vegan here! I've been focusing on losing some weight after baby #3 and when I started taking these it only took three to four days before I noticed that my appetite increased. The vitamins was the only thing I done different. So they are great but I won't be taking anymore until I get to my ideal weight.

I had Lyme Disease and went to a Support Group and learned from them that the "B" vitamins are very helpful and are good for you. I had been feeling run down for a while, and remembered that B12 is good for you, so I ordered your product and started taking it. I immediately felt more alive and better than I had for awhile. I ran out of the first bottle so I bought another brand. When I started to run out of that I bought your brand because I think it is better because it is Plant based. I told my doctor I was taking 500 MG and that I felt better, had more energy. He told me to up the amount to 1000 MG a day, so now I take 500 MG in the A.M. and 500 MG in the evening. I would recommend your brand to others.

Bought this for the first time. Throwing caution to the wind, one has to take this for two or more consecutive months to notice the difference. I have noticed the difference. Also I buy a lot on Amazon but I will say Amazon is pricey so I would recommend shopping around for a better deal as I found this item $30.00 cheaper on EBay. Sorry Amazon you need to drop your price not only with this item but many others that I have found for less. I understand you are in the business to make money and yes you do have good deals but $30.00 is quite the difference. Other than that I am happy with the purchase.
