very good rice
this rice is excellent, not quite sticky rice but it has body and firmness. I use it always for all dishes, and it cooks clean and tastes very good. Try it, it sure beats short grain rice.

Love this rice but wish it came in a resealable bag
I love Jasmine rice and this brand is very fragrant. It comes shrink wrapped in a plastic bag. Unfortunately, that bag is not resealable once it is cut open and this is the only complaint I have. The rice is delicious and cooks well and easily in my Zojirushi neuro fuzzy rice cooker . It comes out fluffy and tasty. I will definitely purchase this again even though the current price of $12.99 for 5 pounds is just a little pricey as it comes to $2.60 per pound. Note that in my last photo (the one where the rice is in a dish), I added garlic scape pesto to give the rice even more flavor.

Great rice
Great rice! Fragrant, fresh, lovely. Only use 1.25 cups of water per cup of rice. Bring to a boil, cover, turn down heat to low. Set timer for 13 minutes. After 13 minutes, turn off heat, leave lid on pot. Set timer for 10 minutes. After the timer goes off, remove lid, fluff with fork, and eat. Excellent.
