Great tea! Took like 13hrs to actually work for me horrible cramps, but once it worked I felt great. It maintained my weight even when I messed up and ate things i shouldn't of and it made my stomach go down. This will definitely be my tea for now.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEA! This tea is great! They seem to help curb my appetite a little. They also help with constipation. My sister was doing chemo and would get really constipated. She would drink a couple cups of this tea, for relief. This is a great tea to keep on hand.

It works just fine

Wow! I have been on a powered laxative daily for years, which was completely fine with my Doctor. I am not a fan of being on medication. However, there are stretches of days where the over the counter powered stuff just wasn't doing the trick (I think I have been on it too long and my body got used to it). I thought I would try something new. I had an 8 oz cup of this tea, and literally, exactly 6 hours later, I felt more "cleaned out" than I have in a long time! There is a bit of stomach rumbling, and maybe some people may call it cramping, but it was nothing compared to what the "normal feels" are for someone that lives with a wonky digestive system. I have only tried it once, so who knows, but it was awesome.

So I consider myself some what of a Hot Tea connoisseur. I have a hot tea in the morning and at night. Well yesterday I got home from work feeling slightly bloated, nauseous, and just kinda blah. Well, my wife who apparently doesn't love me, was hey try the green tea, it will make you feel better. Deal! Didn't read the box or instructions, yea know i was just thinking of some regular green tea. just made it. Tasted like a fresh green tea bag from the garden, a little earthy. So I go to bed and around 10pm some small stomach cramps, didn't think much of it. Around 12pm I was suddenly awaken by what I can only describe as a thousand little trolls at an illegal rave and the troll cops came. EVERYONE wanted out! So I finish letting them out the rave and was like ok cool I can go to sleep. Well I guess about half of the trolls found hiding spots and didn't leave the first time and started the party back up. Well the Troll cops wasn't having it so they got their troll firefighter buddies come in with the biggest hose and pumper they could find. The last group wasn't as willing to come out as the first so things got heated. Im sure some trolls were injured in the eviction process as I believe that some decorations in the club came out with them. Man what a ride. When I finally woke up I felt lighter and was down a pant and shoe size! I also believe a piece of gum that I swallowed in 1989 was no longer occupying my insides. If you need a true cleanse this is it! This has nothing on Magnesium citrate, Milk of Magnesium, or even. the stuff they give you before a colonoscopy. Will diffidently be using this again but only in dire situations that basically require redecoration of my insides. Make sure you have noting to do for about 6 hours!!!

Works really well. Won't get constipated using this. Very satisfied.

I had been stuck on my weight since 8 months and this tea helped me loose 2 kgs of weight. Of course I did portion control as well but this tea was a great nudge for my weight loss. It shouldn’t be taken for a long period of time. I’ll definitely use it again after a month or so…

As per the leaflet instructions, it cannot be used daily and must be used for not more than 2 weeks in total.
