Top quality, inexpensive Stratocaster pickguard that actually fits!
I build out Fender and Squier guitars, mostly Stratocasters, as a hobby. Usually I "rescue" abused and neglected instruments from pawn shops for cheap, then I rebuild them to specifications far beyond their original factory condition. The pickguards on these guitars are usually damaged and have to be replaced... and that can get expensive, so I searched Chinese manufacturers on Amazon for a lower-priced source. Unfortunately, I learned through trial and error that most Chinese Strat pickguards are junk. They're thin, cheap feeling and often have non-standard hole placement. The Musiclily pickguards are an entirely different story. I have purchased several of these Strat pickguards, both solid and pearl colors, and have been very pleased. First of all, the Musiclily pickguards are as good as (and occasionally better) than the original manufacturer's products. For example: The typical Squier solid color pickguard is 2.0mm thick and the Squier pearl pickguard is 2.3mm. The "standard" American and Mexican OEM pickguards are about 2.3mm thick and the pearls are about 2.45mm. The solid color Musiclily pickguards are 2.3mm and the pearls are 2.5mm. The Musiclily pickguards are cleanly cut and beveled with no ragged edges. They are fully shielded, covering both the pickups and the controls. The solid color pickups are three layers (i.e. black/white/black) and the pearl and tortoise shells are four layers (white/black/white/pearl). They also come with two layers of protective plastic on top to prevent shop/installation damage. My only complaint regarding this pickguard is that the user must cut out the parts of the aluminum shielding that cover the holes for the pots and the switch. It is a hassle to trim these parts with a hobby knife, but the price differential more than compensates for the inconvenience. I have tested the Musiclily Strat pickguards and found that they are fully compatible with American and Mexican Stratocasters, as well as many Squier models. I have placed them on the following guitars without having to drill or modify in any way: Fender American Standard, Fender Mexican Standard, Chinese Squier SE and a vintage Japanese model. It will NOT fit on a Korean Strat or a few other Squier models. See the attached photos of a my "All Musiclily" Chinese Squier Stratocaster SE with a Musiclily tortoise shell pickguard with Musiclily Railblaster pickups, 250k pots, five-way switch, locking tuners and Strat knobs. It plays great and only cost me about $110, including the purchase of the guitar at the pawn shop and all the Musiclily components.

Looks amazing! Very nice!
I got the "Abalone" Strat pickguard. BEAUTIFUL! the holes didn't all line up on this Squire Strat but it's very easy to drill new holes as the old holes remain covered. The look is three dimensional! The bottom is covered with foil for the electrical ground. GREAT PRODUCT! I couldn't be happier!

Not for Affinity Squires (without some work)
REVISION 8-2019: I finally got around to trimming this pickguard down with a Dremel. The work needed to be done at the bridge cutout. It actually overlapped the bridge plate by 1/8". Once done it fit my Squire Affinity just fine. No new holes. A couple of screws went in at a slight angle but no biggie. Upgrading rating to 4 stars. It looks good and is a good quality. Recommended if you don't mind using a Dremel or similar to make it fit an Affinity. Otherwise not a perfect fit. I bought the white pearl. Nice looking, but put the original back on after multiple attempts to get it to sit right. Description says for USA or Mexican Strats, so there's the "out". I tried putting it on an '02 Squire & it doesn't fit just enough to interfere with proper seating of the neck: it's either pushing on the base of the neck or riding above the tailpiece. The holes for the pickup mounting screws and the 5-way switch are not countersunk making the finished installation look like a 3-year old did it (I am older than 3). Also MOST of the screw holes lined up with the body, but at least 2 were off substantially. Had everything else been ok I would have had no problem redrilling the body holes, but that's not the case. I don't have the patience at the moment to sand or trim down the areas that don't match the Squire pickguard. Maybe some rainy day I will deal with it. I don't have a Mexican or USA Strat so I can't say if these problems would still exist on one of those but highly NON-recommended for Squires.

Fits MIM 2004 Strat Perfectly
I'm very pleased with this purchase. It fit my MIM 2004 strat perfectly. Before buying I made sure the measurements shown matched my guitar. I bought the 3ply cream to replace a 3ply white. Think it looks great on the sunburst body. Goes well with my original white pickups and knobs. Very easy to install. Has shielding on back. Keep the 2 ply plastic covering on while installing. Some have complained the screws mushroom above the guard when installed. I used my original screws and they were flush with the guard. This is probably because I replaced a 3ply with another. Take note of that before you buy. Saved me a lot of money vs a fender pickguard.

Fits Fender Player Series Strat perfectly, flawless
I recently picked up a limited edition fiesta red player series strat and wanted to go for 1 ply Cream with Aged White knobs and pickup covers, but was having a hard time finding 1ply Cream. I saw that most of the reviews for this product were positive, and decided to go for it. The cream color is spot on and really compliments the fiesta red with aged white appointments. All screw holes line up perfectly with player series spec, and the shielding on the back of the pickguard was more than adequate so I didn't have to break out the copper tape. It looks beautiful, and I highly recommend these pickguards for anyone looking for a replacement for your player series strat.

Black pickguard to go with my black strat with black pickups. It is a black beauty.
Before ordering look at the screw nearest the 5-way switch and be sure where yours is located, and if it's not where the one in the product photo is, do NOT purchase it then complain that the pickguard holes are located in the wrong places. Pros: fits holes almost exactly on my Fender. Cons: Pickup screw/switch screw holes not countersunk. I countersunk mine by hand using a 13/16" drill bit. Overall I am very satisfied with this pickguard.

I saw a review that said it’s better to go with ivory if you’re looking for the classic pale mint green colour that Fender has. Absolutely spot on. The screws line up perfectly too. You do get a spare set of 12 screws with the pickguard, but the OEM screws will do fine. The silver foil wasn’t cut out for all the holes, so be mindful of that. It isn’t difficult at all. All in all, great buy!

Very close to the colour on the screen. I would have called it "mint" green if I had not seen it next to a real "mint" green, but the "green-ness" is very muted, and subtle. It is a nice blend of vintage, aged white, and "mint" green, so I guess Ivory is a good name for it. Seems to be very solid construction, does not feel flimsy. I don't have to line it up with pre-existing holes, so I can't comment on the accuracy of the holes.
