I have now used this product for one month. I am 60 years old and I am afflicted with Rheumatoid Arthritis and BPH. This means that the Auto-Immune System in my body does not function properly. I am a retired Educator with a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and now I am an Independent Researcher and Writer. Prost-P10X was formulated specifically for Men's Prostate Health by a research facility in The State of New York. I am among many Men who are pleased with this product. Most other Prostate products merely allow men to urinate properly without concern for ingredients that will promote Prostate Health. All men over 50 will experience Prostate issues as they age. For some men it happens in their 40's. In my case it happened when I was 56. It is nothing to be ashamed of. Just permitting urination is not enough proper Prostate care. The ingredients in these capsules which are listed on the label have been researched and formulated by experienced research professionals; many of whom are medical doctors. These ingredients provide supplemental Prostate care as a Man ages. Failure to provide good Prostate Health care and yearly check-ups with a Urologist can lead to Cancer, Impotence and or Incontinence. I made the decision to use this product because I believe that proper Prostate Health care means more than just the ability to Urinate. So like they say on TV with so many ADs.........THIS PRODUCT HAS PROVEN VERY EFFECTIVE FOR ME PERSONALLY! I saw results within 24 hours. Each jar contains 30 packets that hold 6 capsules each. I consume 2 capsules with a full bottle of water with each of my three daily meals. These capsules work best with water. Coffee and carbonated beverages are not healthy for your Prostate or your Kidneys or your Heart. If you are using Prostate Health products like Prost-P10X then you are most likely 50 or older and you should be knowledgeable regarding a healthy diet. Also if you are under a Physician's care for any reason then consult your Physician prior to using this or any other product which may affect your Health. I am very pleased with this product after one month of use. I sleep throughout the night and I do not feel the bulging or bloating of an inflamed Prostate. You will also find that many foods will inflame and enlarge a Prostate if you have BPH like I do. Those foods include acidic foods and drinks, deep fried foods, caffeine products and foods that are high in fat content. I also know this from personal experience and research. Green leafy vegetables are the best vegetable for you. Fish is the best meat supplement for your body although I do consume a well cut lean steak once per week because I have found that to be beneficial to my strength workouts on upper body strength machines. Fruits that are non or lesser acidic like bananas and apples have proven very beneficial to me. I do have a cup of fresh blueberries every morning because of the health benefits of blueberries. The milk that I have with my Fiber One Cereal and blueberries is Lactaid Lactose Free Milk. Sugar is acidic and is really not good for your teeth either but that will be a good topic for further reviews. I will admit that I slip slide with some foods on special occassions but those are rare and don't transpire on a daily basis any more. If you are a Man over 50 then you are at a point in your life when your Health is very dependent along with other factors upon what you eat on a daily basis. Also remember that all supplements that you take work best with a full bottle or glass of water and a balanced meal. I am very pleased with Prost-P10X and I strongly recommend it.

I tried this product after researching a number of other products. Individually the ingredients listed on the label seemed to be appropriate for the products stated purpose. I took the suggested dosage for about two weeks before discontinuing usage due to an increased frequency and heightened urgency to urinate. In addition to this the urgency became so intense, I nearly lost continence of my bladder. After 7-10 days on this supplement, I was running to the restroom every hour or so. Sometimes after going, I would be back in the bathroom fifteen minutes later. Naturally I thought the worst. I was contemplating a visit to a physician thinking my condition (bph) had worsened or perhaps I had developed prostatitis or worse. I started looking at my supplements and engaged in more research on the subject. Considering I take very few supplements (multivitamin and some whey protien etc.) I came to the conclusion that the only change in my diet and supplement routine was the Prost P10x. I immediately discontinued usage of the product and within three or four days I began to feel much better ie less frequent trips to the restroom and decreased sense of urgency. Literally I am relieved both physically and mentally. This review is based upon my personal experience with this product. I have taken a few prostate support supplements in the past with mixed results, none provided miraculous results. Some of the ingredients in Prost-P10x are relatively mainstream and I have taken some of them individually without negative results. There are many "snake oil" remedies out there offering miracle results. You probably know how those stories end. So, considering that everyone is different you may or may not have the same results as I did. I offer a small bit of advice if you have BPH or other prostate issues; do your own research and don't exclude your physician, get second opinions, third if necessary. If you are referred to a urologist/specialist it is likely they will want to do what they do best, surgery or biopsy. Take a breath and contemplate that decision. Weigh your options, look closely at your diet and general overall health and wellness. I bet you will discover that this condition didn't occur overnight and the root cause has many contributing factors. The most significant may be your diet and lack of certain minerals, vitamins and or hormonal imbalances. There are of course conflicting approaches to "cure" or mitigate symptoms of bph, prostatitis and cancer. These opinions are proffered by folks who have been diagnosed with cancer, bph etc., they did their research and explored a course or course of action until their symptoms were relieved, diminished or their cancer went into remission. We're all individuals and our plumbing is the same, at least from a medical perspective, however outcomes will differ because we have not imposed the same conditions upon our bodies over our lifetimes. We're not lab rats on the same diet and fitness regimens as in a clinical trial. That said, what works for one may or may not work for another. In your research, may I suggest the book Healthy Prostate by Ronald M. Bazar. I found it informative. Considering he cites multiple sources from other authors and doctors, some of whom have base opinions contrary to his, he provides these references nonetheless. You can form your own opinion, and draw from all the information, utilizing what works for you and discarding what does not. It isn't the be all end all on the subject. Just one mans experience and his way of dealing with it, sometimes in unorthodox ways but it apparently worked/works for him. As for Prost-P10x, it was a catastrophic failure for me. I am considering seeking a refund on my purchase. We will see how that goes. I hope this review has been insightful and helpful in your consideration to purchase the product.

59 yr old, March this year, I had frequent urination during the night and problems voiding. My doctor had my PSA checked, 3.6 the year before, it had jumped to 6.2. Further examinations gave a diagnosis of BPH (enlarged prostate), after antibiotics my PSA dropped to 5.4. The urologist performed a biopsy based on digital rectal exam (DRE) & family history in July, fortunately all 16 cores were negative. Upon the 4 month follow up, my PSA jumped to 11.9 but later dropped to 5.6 after another course of antibiotics, now the diagnosis is for prostatitis (inflamed prostate). I have found that there is very little and sometimes confusing information available on prostate health and what actions men can take to have a healthy prostate. There are several pharmaceuticals I could take for prostatitis, they often seem to lead to other complications. Because of my low tolerance to most pharmaceuticals, I personally prefer using 'Alternative' treatments, such as acupuncture, homeopathic & naturopathic preparations. Prost-P10X has been a god-send. The nightly frequent urination has decreased to perhaps once or twice a night depending on how much fluid I drink before going to bed. Because of this I'm sleeping more soundly and for longer periods of time and feel more like myself. In March my sleep was so disrupted, no more than 2hrs at a time, I was extremely exhausted. The other enjoyable thing that has happened since starting Prost-P10X, is an increase effect in my libido, which seems to have been dead for years. ED symptoms are decreasing, with firmer, more spontaneous erections. The daily dosage is 9 capsules which you can take all at once or spread out over the day. It's recommended to take them with food because it aides in the absorption of herbs. Each daily satchel is individually packaged with the 9 capsules in it. One thing to note the container does not contain BPA which has been linked to prostate & other health problems. Currently, I'm waiting on my next checkup to find out if my prostate has decreased in size and what my PSA is. I'm really hoping for a further reduction in my PSA. I'll post more as to results after the next exam. But right now I'm overjoyed with what I have been experiencing since starting this product. It is a bit pricey but considering the alternative cost to my health and mental anxiety of prostate problems, I think it's worth trying.

As title says, this supplement does what no doctor or prescription could. I struggled with chronic prostatitis symptoms for months. I was tested for every bacteria imaginable, and treated with just about every antibiotic in the book. After finding nothing and with no lasting results, I was diagnosed with prostatitis and put on a long course of antibiotics. Why prostatitis is treated with antibiotics with no trace of bacteria, I have no clue, and nobody could give me a good explanation. Antibiotics were effective for about 3 weeks, then symptoms slowly started to return even though I was still taking them. At that point I decided I was done with the doctors and started doing my own research. I came across a couple recommended herbal ingredients, which led me to this product. The results were remarkable. It takes about a week to start building up in your system, then after about 2 weeks my symptoms were all but gone. After about 2-3 months I was able to wean off it without symptoms returning. I have had symptoms return a couple other times in the last two years or so and it has been just as effective. I've gone into so much detail because this was a very long and stressful time in my life wondering if I would ever be able to get relief. A lot of information about prostatitis from doctors and on medical websites is just not reflective of my experience. On top of that, the treatment protocol seems to make no sense. I'm so glad I kept digging and came across this product.

P10X has been great. It is rare to take something and really feel a difference. With P10x I feel stronger, more energetic and less tired. I take it throughout the day and it is easy and just part of my daily routine now. I could and would go without it. I have done a pretty significant amount of research over the years, and all the other supplements I was taking I have rolled into this P10x for four reasons: 1. This is well formulated - its the right combo of stuff. Do your homework. This is well researched and makes sense if you research it. 2. There is not a lot of bs fillers and crap in it. Lots of these supplements are full of crappy fillers in order to increase the physical size so you think you are getting something. It is unregulated so its about trust. Based on my research and based on using this stuff I trust this product. 3. The right dosages of each ingredient. Too much of a good thing is not good and I have been guilty of this in the past by taking a random assortment of other supplements with no real understanding of each, the appropriate dosage or any interactions positive or negative. 4. The ingredients are high quality. Again, this is based on my research and my understanding. You can get ingredients anywhere for anything - but these are quality ingredients and since I am swallowing these pills every day it matters to me. Could not be happier with the product, the results or the comfort of knowing I am getting what I need to take care of my health needs responsibly.

The product has a very comprehensive ingredient list and so thought it might be an upgrade to my existing prostate regimen, especially because it was developed by a urologist. That is why I purchased it. However nighttime urine flow and frequency (1-2 times) remained the same. I am not having any issues so that is probably not a good test criteria. Libido decreased the entire time while using this product. I think I'll stay with my Standard Process products. The other disappointment with this product is that the 6 capsules required for a daily dosage are packed individually and very hard to open. You have to either cut the bag or squeeze them out of the side of the packet; you just cannot pull it apart or tear it open; a nuisance. I took mine 2x3 instead of all 6 at once. So I would have to do something with the opened packet - like put it somewhere I could access it later. 6 capsules/day for just one supplement is a bit much. I take a lot of supplements and this is the most quantity-wise I have ever taken. Could they concentrate the same potency into 2-3 capsules?? Lastly, I believe the product is overpriced for what you get. The container is very large, half full of the packets, etc. Unfortunately the seller does not offer returns. There are many good prostate products on the market as mentioned. Another one that works well for me is New Chapter brand. Sadly this product just does not measure up to others I've tried.

"61 yr old, I have had prostate (BPH) issues since 1999, and a TUNA procedure after the usual meds caused me reactions or fainting. In April 2013, I saw a new Urologist, and failed badly with almost 450ml urinary retention. I had frequent urination during the night and problems voiding. I had been taking Prostate 5LX and Sundown Saw Palmetto, with not much result. In 8 weeks, after reading Healing Your Prostate Naturally, and taking Prost-P10x, and a well-regarded 3 amino acids supplement, drinking green tea, the measurement came in at 115ml. My PSA went from 1.5 down to 1.2 in 2014. The book also recommended 10ppm dietary liquid silver, which acts as a natural antibiotic. I still have acid reflux from a strong antibiotic capsule which got stuck and burned my esophageal valve. My original Urologist prescribed long courses of antibiotics, to treat Prostatitis. I had frequent urination during the night and problems voiding. Because of drug reactions and side effects, I personally prefer using 'Alternative' treatments, such as massage, homeopathic & naturopathic preparations. Also helpful, to get beneficial supplements into the prostate, is to use a prostate massager and have it done, this used to be how Doctors helped with BPH, and I do have it done by a doctor and massage specialist. I have heard that in Japan this is commonplace. In order to avoid a more major surgery, (TURP, which cores out your prostate) which I was being recommended for after the April 2013 visit, I did a regime of all the above and CoQ10, Gamma E, and Turmeric (to reduce inflammation). I was told at that time that if I was 80 I could bump along, and worry about damage my kidneys, but at age 60 if the retention did not improve, I had 10 years at most before they would be permanently damaged. I do know that Saw Palmetto was not working for me, and I tried several kinds. I did read the studies on Prost-P10x, and will take it as well as the other supplements and massage treatment, because I cannot risk stopping any of them, and getting worse again. I have had excellent and friendly customer service experience with Prostate Research Labs, and save money with the 3 months auto-shipments.

I have been taking prostate support supplements for about 4 years. My prostate function and PSA were mostly stable, but showing a little degradation in the last year. I was hoping to stop taking 2 supplements and just have one that might work better, so I ordered Prost-P10x. I keep a personal prostate journal, tracking 3 times daily function of urgency, frequency, flow, and some other parameters. I had discovered poorer function when other systems in my body were irritated [e.g. had a cold], so I tracked those things, too. So, when I started Prost I kept the journal going. I had been on the supplement for 6 weeks, after stopping completely the other supplements. During that time, I observed a degradation in my prostate function, changing from nightly urination of about 2x/night to about 4 - 5x's per night with Prost. Also, the urgency increased and flow decreased during the day. The pills themselves sometimes gave me an upset stomach, so I had to spread them out over the day and take something to keep from having acid reflux. After 6 weeks on the supplement, I had to call it quits, and I switched back to just one of my prior supplements [I'm going to put it back on trial and see what the comparison is]. In just one week, my prostate function has improved a lot, not as much as it was before, but I expect it will take a while [hope it does]. My bottom line is Prost-P10x does not work for me, at all.
