Perfect hunting camera
This product is the best I have found for hunting video... also I received it with a broken Lens and the company quickly sent me a new one I have used it and it’s amazing and so is the company’s customer service

Great product for the price point.
It takes a minute to get the focus right without blurring. Once it is set it is easy to start and stop. Video looks great.

Should have come with a warning of buyer beware to educate on the item
The item is amazing and was sold as described by the seller. So no issues to the seller, however the disappointment comes when tactacam stopped supporting an updated app to be downloaded by newer phones. This means you are unable to use the camera set up on your phone unless you have a phone that hasn't been updated after April 2023. They are not currently providing a fix just suggesting you get an older device that may support the old version of tactacam connect app. So unless you are able to download the "tactacam connect" app you are rendered useless and have a rather expensive paperweight to say nonetheless. Just do your homework prior to buying. Again, the seller sold me what I was looking for, there is just no warning that it may not work without the app and with out the app you can't connect this camera tactacam 5.0 without the app.

Had nothing but problems with it!!
Recieved my Tactacam 5.0 in the mail, and immediately I opened it up to charge it. Once I plugged it in I noticed it wasn't charging. Long story short the wall charger was no good. Then once I got a new charger and charged up the camera turned on but it wouldn't vibrate or the mode light wouldn't work. Had it for 2 days and for $500 it should work like a charm but had nothing but problems with it NEEDS TO BE TESTED AND WORKED ON MORE!!!!!!! I sent it back.

Great compact camera

Needs a lot more testing and tweaks .
Returning . 1st one lens was severely scratched on the inside of the lens . Second one battery was not properly sized or u it was bad , had to wiggle it every time to get the connection for it to turn on ... 529$ was way extreme for this product that’s not very well made . PLUS you have to buy a memory card that’s over $50 to even record on it clearly . And after I purchased it the video was not even close to 4K looking .
