The first brush arrived with the bristles bent from the protective plastic, didn’t right themselves, just got worse, notified Amazon was returning product, received a new one before I even returned the damaged one.

I wanted the brush to be soft, I washed it and now its soft like butter. I hope it will harden after dry, otherwise its useless, its still wet, its also smells like a horse. lol Smells horrible, its dry but no resistance no use for brushing of any kind, stinks like a horse, going back.

The natural bristle are very soft on the face. The hole in the wooden handle, with the rope, makes it easy to hang for drying. This is a very good product.

The wooden handle is sturdy and well made. Sorry I can't say the same about the Natural Horsehair. Loose the shape completely, the bristles loose stiffness. After that, I was not able tp use it any more. It was 4 days of use.

I like it. I use it, it just sheds a little which is annoying. Not sure if that will stop after using it for a bit.

I tried to find an exfoliating face brush that’s eco friendly. I figured bamboo and horse hair was a good option. Sadly this was a horrible option. I rubbed the bristles on the back of my hand, dry, and immediately the bristles were falling out/shedding. Once I washed my face with it and lathered with soap and water, it proceeded to shed more bristles and began to smell like a wet farm animal. After using the brush, it failed to maintain its shape and became flattened and lost more bristles/horse hair. I would like a refund but I tossed this in the trash after I used it. A waste of money! I wouldn’t even want it if it was free.

Bought this brush to replace a brush I fell in love with that I actually purchased from Dollar Tree. This brush completely missed the mark. It was too soft. It smelled. And it broke my face out, and I'm not a person with sensitive skin.

Just the right texture for facial dry brushing. I think it makes a big difference in my complexion by stimulating blood flow.

Bristles constantly fall out of brush head. I expected some to come out with the first use but not that they would continue to fall out. Will not purchase from this seller again. This is an awfully small item to send back through the post from NB to ON so a return would be more harm to the environment than necessary or I would just return for a refund. Not impressed.

The bristles were softer than expected but it will still do the trick. The issue I have it that the bristles seem to fall out very easily when I use it.

Love this brush , I use it in the morning for a few minutes on my face and neck. Bristles are not hard so it massages my skin perfectly. Very happy with it.
