Nasty sweet flavour
Can’t comment on effectiveness yet. I’ve had to buy empty capsules to spoon the powder into in order to take them. The flavour is offensive.

too much sweetener
I normally really rate Biocare products but I did not get on with this one at all. The main ingredient is sweeteners so if you're ok with that artificial flavour you'll be fine but I was not. I've tried taking it a few different ways but it really doesn't land well and I'm just trying to get through the jar as quick as I can now! But because of this I haven't taken it regularly enough to know if it's making a difference.
