I have to be honest, even after my doctor of 20 years recommended this specific product, I was skeptical. It just didn't sound like it could live up to the claims that I've heard. I am one skeptic turned immediately after just one day. I am extremely insulin resistant. I take 120 units of Levemir per day and over 180 units of NovoLog 70/30 per day. At dinner, which is the meal I also take this product, my blood sugar is usually sitting right around 120 as long as I don't snack between meals. I take my Novolog 70/30 about a half an hour before eating, and even after eating a moderately low glycemic index dinner, my blood sugar typically hits right around 210 before dropping back down to the low 110 to 120 level. On the first day of using this product, I followed my exact same regiment for dinner. I have a Freestyle Libre so I checked my blood sugar every 15 minutes from the time I ate until about 3 hours after. Not one single time did my blood sugar go above 170. I also noticed that my levels dropped about an hour sooner than normal and for the first time in a long time my blood sugar was below 120. In fact it was at 104. Yesterday it was at 96, and my level has not gone below 100 in 8 years. After using this product for a week, I've experienced the exact same results everyday, and they're even slowly getting even better. After a few weeks I will be able to see the difference from my Freestyle Libre reporting. I am honestly blown away by this product and will recommend it strongly to anybody who finds themselves insulin resistant like I am. I will also note that I had no side effects and I don't know if I actually am sleeping better but it feels like it. I also feel a little bit better in the mornings when I wake up and have started to notice that my blood sugar is even a little bit lower than it's normal fasting level first thing in the morning. I'm one big skeptic turned believer.

My dad raves about this product. He is vegetarian and before we had to open up all the capsules so he could eat them. Now they're in veggie caps so he can swallow them whole! I'm so happy they are now veggie caps. He's noticed a huge reduction in his blood glucose. He monitors his blood sugar every morning when he wakes up and on days he doesn't take it, his fasting glucose is 120 but when he does take it, his fasting is 100. It makes a huge difference! He's been making a huge conscious effort in reducing his blood sugar with exercise and diet as he is very borderline diabetic. Cinsulin is an amazing product.

My personal experience with supplements is that most are either pseudo-scientific bunk or not medically necessary. Many people pop vitamin pills with no good reason for doing so. Having said that, though, trunature CinSulin does seem to be effective at helping to keep blood sugar within a normal range in individuals whose blood sugar has started to creep into the realm of "high normal".
