CND Shellac UV Color - Cocoa .25 oz.

I first went to the salon to get my first shellac and she recommended this color. I was very doubtful but she claimed it was a really pretty, neutral color - and she was RIGHT! I loved it so much that I had to order it myself. I ordered it from Nail Etc. and I didn't get it until 3 weeks later (boo - they claimed they'd run out, but only after I contacted them saying "where is it?") so order from someone other than Nail Etc. I know the color of the bottle isn't too pretty - but on your nails, it looks amazing!!

I was hoping this would be a nice fall nail color for me. The Cocoa is another of the CND Shellac colors that really needs both coats to show its true intended color. While it is a nice color I just felt it didn't enhance my nails at all. The color is very light and just melted into my skin color. This will most likely be a color I can use to mix with other colors.

I didn't realize I needed a $50 unit to dry the polish. I had to give it away since I didn't have the dryer.

I have worn this polish a couple of times and I can't believe the compliments I get on it! It took me a while to warm up to it's natural color but once I did I love it. I can wear it longer because the outgrowth isn't as noticable as when I wear bright colors. Nice alternative to the bright colors I normally (and love) wear.

this color Cocoa has a brown tinge to it, it is a nice enough color but I think it is more for people of color. I am very fair skin and cant wear this color because it just doesn't look good with my skin tone. I tried to layer it with romantique and found it just ok....but could wear it with my skincolor but didnt think it looked like it does on oliva's on scandal....which is why I ordered the two after reading that is what she wears. the product itself is great though.

nice nail polish, application is a breeze and cures as well. This color is best suited for a someone with a tan. I have fair skin, application of this color in the winter is rather drab, I'll just save it for the summer months. But I've seen it as a beautiful natural nail color on other people with more pigment to there skin

This is a great shade for me because I tend to be able to wear this shellac manicure for about 4 weeks without any problem except the growing out portion at the cuticle. Therefore, the nude color is perfect; one has to look closely to even notice that it's time for a manicure.

I ordered this color because my mom wanted me to do her nails, but she rarely paints her nails, so she wasn't excited about the hot pink and red I have. I personally think this color kind of looks like a shiny band-aid, but my mom loved it. I think this color has potential, but I would layer a sheer, sparkly color on top so your nails don't look like a band-aid...

My daughter had this colour put on in a salon that stocks CND registered products. She asked me to purchase the same colour. When this arrived it was is similar but no the same as a CND bottle the brush was hard and note soft as it should be. Once applied the product coverage was not as transparent as it should be from a genuine product. I shellac for a hobby and have always bought from the CND site but needed a speedy believe so purchased from Amazon prime! Also on the rear of the bottle there is no flammable sign which the should be! As it appears on all other bottles which are genuine. I would like a refund please?
