Love this bench! It’s light weight so you can easily move it around but sturdy and secure for work outs. The adjustable feature is perfect and flexible for any angle. A small thing I really like are the foot rollers.

Bench seems fine so far. It was missing one of the caps that goes on the end of the foot. The manual says to email them if there are missing pieces, which I did almost a week ago. Still haven't received a response. I paid full price, and would like every part it's supposed to come with. UPDATE - The company reached out to me and sent me the part I was missing. I love good customer service!

Assembly is easy and this folds up nice and small. Good amount of padding and can comfortably support at least 350 pounds combined user and weights, based on my experience. A true decline bench would have a way to elevate the seat portion and a true incline bench would allow for the seat to raise slightly. As it is this does not work well as a decline bench and places too much stress on the lower back and legs. The pins are not under any stress and only hold the legs and bench in position. The bench can be a little wobbly feeling until it settles into position, I would suggest sitting or laying on it in the position you want before performing any movements with weights. A way to lock in the back support would be nice as the back can stick to you when you get up and cause the bench to drop out of position. Overall a good, affordable option for at home fitness. Not gym quality but not cheap, flimsy junk either.

Easy to adjust, good firm support for your back sitting up and also while laying down. Good price.

This bench is perfect for the person that is traveling maybe using adjustable dumbbells made very well for the price. I was surprised overall great bye

This bench broke while I was in the decline position with 45 lb dumbbells slamming me to me to the ground and damaging my back they refuse to refund me because it's been over a year since the purchase this bench is dangerous it should be banned for sale to anyone in any country

You get what you pay for, upon initial assembly (only 3 bolts and the two pins that keep it from folding) it works fine. It is relatively lightweight but doesn't seem to be poorly made, just cheaply. The bench does not sit level on the ground and does have a pretty healthy wobble when there is no weight on it, this does partially go away when you sit on it but not entirely. It is not enough to make the bench feel like it is going to tip over or is unusably unstable. I will update this review if anything ends up being unsatisfactory in the future, but for the most part upon initial use my impression is that this is basically "meh" or "average". Solidly middle of the road product, worth what you pay.

i decided on this bench. 6'4 and 255 lbs. was worried about fitting on the bench and ability to hold total weight. I have ordered a rack and am waiting but in the interim my weight plus 125 lbs for an incline press and all seems good. my head peeks above the seat on seated press but is fine as i lower the bench along the incline route to bench press. stable and comfortable. so far so good and am happy with my purchase.

Great value for money for any home gym, adjustable, has good weight and sturdiness to it and easy to use and assemble.

Nice product for home users. Of course it doesn’t have the same quality of a gym bench but definitely fulfil my home gym needs.
