Like many of us as we age our lower back begins to ache. This brace offers wide support and an adjustable pressure pad. It definitely helps when I go walking. I doesn't totally eliminate my pain but makes in manageable. It seems very durable and well made. I thought the price was reasonable. Choosing the correct size for these brace can be a challenge. I've returned 2 of other brands because they were too small for me. This one I wasn't taking any chances and went oversize. It's actually a bit large for me but still adjusts fine.

Love this best back. Sturdy, comfortable, best one I’ve had so far

Threw out my back and couldn't easily straighten up without shooting pain. Put this back brace on and was able to pull myself straight without pain. That tight fit and metal supports gave me relief and helped me heal up quicker by taking the strain off my back. I found it easiest to put on by leaving the smaller straps loosely velcro'd to the brace. Pull the 2 sides together in front of your body until synched up comfortably, but you don't have to pull hard. Then take those 2 straps off where they're waiting for you and pull forward to really put the squeeze on to what you need.

Runs small! Purchased the large/extra large. I have an extra large in a different brand and it has a lot of leeway on the Velcro. This brace has very little. Almost need the next size up and I’m not that big of a person. Very nice quality. Sturdy. Does the job. Would buy again— but can’t believe I’d actually have to order an extra extra large.

Only used twice to rake leaves and shovel some snow. Felt comfortable and supportive. No back pain so far.

the thickness and width of the belt is so small. The belt has net in between which makes it loose. Also it comes till upper abdomen and cannot reach your lower back. This product can be used for posture correction but not for back pain relief.
