Love this headset and they are so hard to find. If you have small ears this is the best one. It fits perfectly and does not hurt your ear no matter how long you wear it. Great sound quality and easy to pair. Great value for the price

After my Moto Boom 2 destroyed itself I thought I would try this unit. I did exactly what the enclosed instructions said to do and it would not connect to my phone. In fact, it did not even show up in my list of available devices. I started filling out the return form and decided to try one more procedure, not listed in the instructions, and voila, the device connected and I've been happily chatting ever since. In fact, I like it so much that I've decided to talk as long as I'm awake and can draw breath. For a refurbished unit, this thing is great and in like new condition. I have to wonder if it is in fact a refurb because it was returned as not working because of the incomplete instructions.

Nice item regardless that it is a refurbished item. It works really great and nice fit too.

This unit refuses to show up in bluetooth scans and is not useable. It is worthless. I would give it zero stars but Amazon hasn't accomodated that.

After over a year of use, I found it good at first. Bluetooth had no issues, audio and mic were clear. Comfort is not the best, but good enough for an hour or two. However, max volume is too low and the biggest complaint is that it nooner holds a charge. It runs out of battery after 30 minutes on a full charge and repeats “low battery” message while on a call and disrupts hearing/talking. The lack of battery charge makes this no longer useable after one year.

This is by far the best headset we’ve used. We’ve even purchased the next higher model and the one after that. Neither of them compare to how comfortable and easy on the ear the 35 is. This one is also clearer in my opinion.

Bought "renewed - New". Sound thru ear piece sounds good, however people on other end say my voice sounded very poor. So, not sure if issue with this unit that was returned and then resold as "renewed" or just not a quality product, but this one is going back. As a follow up on second unit - still get complaints that my voice sounds very poor. So looks like it is the unit, and was not the "renewed unit" issue. So again, going to be returned.
