Any reading is good reading. Lots of good information.

Missing DVD
The book gets 5 stars, awesome book. The 3 stars are for deficient delivery. The book includes a DVD with speaking exercises (or a link with online exercises). The DVD (or link) was not sent. Amazon customer service insisted that I return the book since it had a missing item, and they couldn’t just send me the DVD. So l returned the book. Unsatisfactory result.

Terribly British
I would have loved this if it had used American quotations and pronunciations, and if the CD were spoken in American English. Unfortunately, it is terribly British, can get annoying, and loses some of its value.

False Advertising
This book is completely misrepresented in the description on the Amazon page. It claims to "Include a CD with vocal exercises to help you communicate with confidence." It does not. I purchased the actual book not the e-file version, so it should have been supplied with a CD like it claimed. It should have never been sold for the unreasonable sum of $25.00 if it's missing the included media. Buyer beware!
