Compatibility, Ease of programming, Quality Items, and great price
Bought these as extra keys for my 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500. Had them cut to match original key, it takes 10 seconds to self-program them. Had NO issues whatsoever. Really good quality key blanks, The Automotive Locksmith that cut them checked the chipset using the Database and it's a perfect match. Even he was impressed with the match. I Can't answer for other vehicles, but they were 100% absolutely compatible for mine

AFFORDABILITY
I Had these keys forvmy 2013 chevy Silverado cut at my local Ace Hardware Store. They were easy to program to my vehicle. Work exacty as they should. Before I purchased them i went to the same Ace Hardware Store to see if the did in fact have replacement key for my truck. The young man saidyes but its not cheap. Ok how much i asked. $80.00 for a replacement key from Ace Hardware when I got 2 keys from you for $12:or $13 for not just 1 key but 2keys that wokr AWESOME. Thanks for supplying an awesome product at a fair price people can afford.

These keys were a perfect fit for my 2014 Suburban
These key blanks are the ones that work with the computer of my 2014 Suburban. I was able to get them cut locally through a friend. Programming was easy. You take your original and turn to the on position without starting it. The security light will illuminate. Turn the ignition to the off position and insert the second unprogrammed key into the ignition. Turn to the on position and wait for the security light to illuminate. Once that happens, turn to the off position and remove. Within so many seconds you can add another key or just discontinue further programming by doing nothing further. The keys fit perfectly and were able to be programmed. This was a great value as it was cheaper than having a locksmith or local hardware store perform the same task. The keys appeared to be durable just like the original.

Simple and easy to program, definitely a BUY
Was excited to receive this blank key with transponder for my Chevy Silverado 2011 and try to duplicate it. We were given 2 keys when we bought it from the previous owner, but one of the keys didn't work so we needed an extra one just in case. It was difficult finding someone to cut the key but we found one locksmith who did it for $6. We bought this set for $15 (2 blanks) and followed the directions how to program the transponder. These were the other reviewer's instructions: "The way I programmed my key was to take my original key and put it in the ignition of my truck, turn the key to the on position for about 10 seconds (until all the dash lights go out) then turn the key off and remove it. Take the new key within 30 seconds and put it in the ignition and turn it to the on position for about 10 to 15 seconds, then turn the key off and remove it, BAM! the new key is programed, simple as that! Now you can put the new key in and start your vehicle. Remember you do need to remove the new key after the programming process and then put it back in the ignition for it to start your vehicle." We did just that and it worked! Simple and easy! So impressed. We don't really need 2 spares but for 1 it was $11 and 2 for $15 so I ended up buying 2.

Website link to free DIY programming instructions does not have my vehicle
The product description says that a website link to free DIY programming instructions will be provided. The website that was provided with the key does not contain programing instructions for my vehicle - 2015 GMC Acadia. I had to look for programing instructions from other websites. The programming instructions for my vehicle are very simple and worked with this key.

My original keys were causing problems in my old Pontiac Torrent. In fact, I was worried a couple of times when the keys would insert, but not turn to start the car and, another time or two, could not be withdrawn from the lock cylinder. When it happens, you imagine lots of things that might be the problem, on the car side... expensive and inconvenient things. After viewing some YouTube videos and pricing parts, I decided not to panic... to try the easiest solution first; new keys. Hooray! Problem solved. Fortunately, my GM dealer, Shaganappi Motors, their parts dep't., was willing to cut the two blank non-GM keys for $5 using original GM key codes based on a VIN search. Couldn't have worked out better. So, don't hesitate to buy these non-OEM keys. They work perfectly. Oh, and programming the new keys takes 5 seconds. It's explained in the car manual. Go for it!

My wife lost one of her keys for her 2008 Pontiac Torrent. One key from the dealership was over $100. Got both keys for $10. Cut by local locksmith and literally 20 seconds to program them both. Great deal compared to overpriced dealership and they work perfectly.
