We are on our way to Australia next week for our first vacation in ages. I have been frantically trying to get some of my old, but very good camera back into usable condition. It has not been easy. It is practically impossible to get replacement batteries here (Hawaii) because all of the local stores which stocked them have closed and neither Amazon nor anyone else is willing to ship LI batteries here. That said it has been a long process of determining which cameras have useable batteries. Many of these have not been used in 5, 10, 15 years, I do have a great little Lumix zoon with a Leica lens which has been in almost daily use) BUT we figure we will want wide angle and zoom capabilities for some of the places we plan to visit. I ordered chargers for 4 different cameras, some from Amazon and some from marketplace sellers. Only one worked, and this is it! While I am hoping to gety my Sony Alpha in shape for the trip, I am glad to at least have my Olympus PL2. I actually thought the camera didn't work. I bought it just before I went to take a class with 2 exceptional artists, a once in a lifetime opportunity. After several days of shooting, none of my videos were there, none of my photos. It made me very sad then, and continues to. Only a week or so ago I said to myself, maybe it was a bad SD card, and so I ordered this charger, and some new SD cards. Now I have an effectively new (but very old) camera which I will be using in Australia. The batteries are a tight fit, but they do fit. There is an indicator light to let you know they are charging. It did light up red when my old, discharged battery was first plugged in, and was green this morning. Sorry about the long winded story, but after a week or more, trying to revive at least 1 of 4 old cameras, I finally have, with this charger. None of the others I ordered (for my Sony Alpha and 2 different Panasonic Lumix cameras) worked. There are no bells and whistles, but it does do what it needs to, and the indicator lights work as well.

This charger works well with my OM-5 Mk II (BLS-50) battery as well as the Pro-Master replacement one. Since it has the 110V AC plug that folds in, it is small and really easy to pack. Plus I don’t need to carry a separate cable for it or use a USB power adapter port. Simple to use - RED LED while charging, GREEN LED when completed. And inexpensive. Win win.

Was a little skeptical when charger arrived because it was different than the original. However I tried it out and it worked great. Simple to use. No cord to keep up with. Worked perfectly with the original battery that came with my Olympus evolt 420. Would recommend and would order again

Works well, but maybe a lil sketchy? Did some lil sparkies when I plugged it in. Maybe keep it away from flammable stuff and in sight while using. I haven't had any problems yet though.

It seems like it’s charging my camera battery and that’s all I needed it for. Grateful it was only $10 lol. I’ll test it out and update this review if it works!
