It’s probably the most expensive cheese I’ve bought but I grate it with a micro plane and it lasts a long time! If I can stop eating chunks of it. My 3 yo eats it by itself too. Quality Parm!

This is not just a cheese. This is a stuff of legends. The single most world best known cheese!!
It is divine and nothing short of perfection. Generation of Italian artisans spent their lives perfecting it and it shows in every bite. I love it in my pasta on my salad and in every other possible way around. There is no better Parmesan out there then Reggiano. Just look at the name.. it tells you all.. It is named after the producing areas, the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, the part of Bologna west of the Reno, and Modena (all in Emilia-Romagna); and the part of Mantua (Lombardy) south of the Po. Parmigiano is the Italian adjective for Parma and Reggiano that for Reggio Emilia.

Price is excessive. I do nnot understand the reason for Parmigiano prices in the USA. Assume it is taxes, but still...

Delicious
They gave me cheese "ends" instead of a chunk of cheese - but this was quickly remedied. I still had plenty to grate - and added a rich creaminess to my soups.

Delicious but expensive
Very nice flavor, very sharp. If it was less expensive I'd buy it all the time. As it is, it makes a nice treat once in a while.
