My husband's new favorite! I will also say it was delicious! I expected pungent and strong. It was surprisingly mild and silky. Very flavorful!!

This sauerkraut is amazing! So fresh and crunchy, all organic, and all of the health benefits of fermentation. Shipping was fast and it was well very packaged and arrived safely. A word of caution-open the jar over the sink!

What a treat! I love sauerkraut but haven't progressed much beyond making my own kimchee and curtido to sauerkraut. My purchase of a shortcut for the winter suggests that I may simply order more from this company! (Up here, if we're lucky to get locally-grown cabbage, it's generally of one variety. Kenai Peninsula summer seasons being what they are, it's sometimes easier to rely on baby bok choy. For Napa cabbage, y'gotta beat others to the offering at the farmer's markets.) I'm so delighted with this company. If ever I made my own, I would try to replicate theirs. My supply arrived in superb condition, and I took especial care to keep it that way. Amazon, thank you for my ability to order items like this.

Does not tell me where the parcel locker is located and need instruction. Will not buy this again if they can not ship to home. Also does not qualify for return. So no instruction were to go, no return, this is Bull Crap.

First couple of jars are more enjoyable than anticipated. I've never been a sauerkraut eater, but am following the advice of nutritionists. Am currently restricting my caloric intake and this is an awesome chewy crunchy stomach filling low calorie snack with serious purple nutrients. Kudos to this lady for offering us this healthy booster in a form that does not contain unhealthy high fructose corn syrup like others sell here on Amazon. We want the health benefits without the problems, 👍🏼thank you. ☺️ 3.20.2025 Update: Apparently these are so tasty they fly off the shelf (They are out-of-stock too often.) Now I am completely out and am regretting buying only eight jars last time. 3.22.2026 Update: New (2026-ish) labeling on the lids about fermentation pressure. From California to me goes over high altitude zones and in my very first order in the middle summer heat combined with the altitude pressure caused a jar or two to leak a little bit. That was a one-time occurrence which has not happened since. Only other problem was a jar or two being a little too salty for my preference. I still like this product though, and my most recent order received a couple of days ago went well. The first jar I opened was probably the best yet, as it tasted remarkably fresh if that is even possible for a standard fermentation product. The cabbage also seemed chewy than previously. Doubly delicious!

This is a very good tasting kind of “Raw Organic Sauerkraut”. I liked it a lot & will probably reorder this product.
