I love this product. It allows me to check my ears or my loved one’s ears with ease. The battery life is great and it is very user friendly. It connects to my phone with no problems and allows me to see inside my ear on my phone screen. It also allows me to make a video in case I need to show the Doctor. It is very easy to clean and as you can see it gives a clear picture/video of the ear canal. I know it may look like an icky picture to some but I wanted you all to see the clarity. I definitely recommend buying this product especially if you have little ones.

For a very reasonable price, this product has fulfilled all my expectations and more. In the past, cleaning my own ears was a very hit or miss process, usually without good results. With any decent otoscope, I can now be successful because I can see the ongoing results. This otoscope is great because it lets you look at your own ears on your smart phone. Getting that connection to work was straightforward. Inserting the scope into my ears was easy. It does take a little practice to get used to doing this. I had to learn how to push sideways on the side of the ear while inserted to get the scope to look straight at the eardrum. Also, you have to wait a moment or two for the device to focus in on the target, but once it does that, the view is remarkable (speaking as a non-professional). The scope comes with picks for extracting wax, but I was a bit afraid to try that, so I've just been using the tool in conjunction with ear wash products. Great product! It provides such an awesome view into your ear that I've been recommending it to all my friends and relatives. My wife and I wish we had this while we were raising our kids.

I purchased this otoscope after visiting an ear doctor for my hearing and seeing the inside of my ear from his professional otoscope. I was very impressed by the high quality image of this otoscope. It provides the same level of detail as the professional one. Features I really like about this otoscope: - Relatively inexpensive, but high quality, feels like a professional instrument - Wireless it provides a private WIFI signal that you connect to with your phone. Then you use the app to get the instant high quality video signal. - Several size attachments and cleaning tools provided for best fit and nice box to keep it organized. - App provides orientation buttons for left and right to make it easier for precise control. - App allows you to take snapshot that goes to your photo album that you can easily share. I originally ordered this thinking it would be nice to be able to use it to clean the earwax from inside my ear. But actually it is quite painful and dangerous to attempt to physically remove dried earwax from inside your ear. Unless it is completely blocking the eardrum it is normal to have some earwax. There are other less dangerous and painful methods of removing earwax buildup. But this otoscope is great for taking a close look inside your ear. I just wouldn't recommend attempting to use it to clean earwax from your ear.

I had trouble connecting this to WiFi and once I did, the pictures did not turn out clear. I would not order this product.

As an "aid" user, ear canal problems can be frequent. Moisture is trapped and ear canal irritation issues occur. When my ENT's office was closed, I got this next day using Prime. Easy to use, connected to Android tablet, and got fantastic images of the ear canal. Takes some practice twisting the device to get best view. Has a "take photo" button that is easy to push and capture the best images. The package comes with a card to scan a QR Code. That option does not work well if you have security settings on Chrome set as it does not like the APK extension. As instructions state, simply go to BK WIFI and download the app thru Play Store. That option works just fine. Also includes a library folder for the images you take and ability to share. Also can record videos instead of photos. (Have not tried these last 2 features out yet) Was able to diagnosis my current problem as bacterial infection versus wax build up or fungus this time. Having the ability to monitor issues getting better or worse, for a very reasonable cost, is well worth it.

Good clear image, comes with removable cleaning scoop (unlike the cheaper pen ones) so the camera can travel further to see the actual eardrum. Also comes with different length scoops for deeper cleaning (but note: you cannot see your eardrum while cleaning with the attachment scoops). Set up was easy. So far no problems. Not sure why the images of eardrums on here are all clean with not a hint of any wax, whereas mine had wax covering everything.
