The phone is amazing and honestly beat my expectations! The paint from the phones color was a bit ruined and scratched up on the side, but other than that, it’s in perfect condition!

Update: I'm back with an update on our journey with the iPhone 11, and let me tell you, it's been quite the rollercoaster. We had issues left and right – Face ID not working, the phone overheating – you name it. So, we returned it, feeling a bit skeptical about the whole refurbished scene. But here's where the plot twists: we decided to give it another go, this time purchasing from the Amazon resellers store, specifically from a shop called Hybrid IT. And oh boy, what a difference! The iPhone we received this time around was nothing short of impeccable. It arrived with all the essentials – a charger, a charging cable, and even a SIM card tool, all neatly packed. The phone itself? It could've fooled me for brand new. This experience really hammered home the lesson that when it comes to refurbished goods, the "who" is just as crucial as the "what." The quality and condition of the product can vary wildly depending on the seller. Hybrid IT sent out an excellent product that exceeded our expectations in every way. For those of you wary about diving into the world of refurbished electronics, let this be a testament. With the right seller, you can get your hands on a device that feels brand new, without the hefty price tag. I still have the phone almost 4 years later and the phone is in perfect condition even after I dropped it a million times but I have a super heavy duty case, camera lens protectors, and a military grade screen protector on it.

The phone works. It’s a little slow but for the price it’s as good if not better than can be expected and holds a charge all day no problem. The main reason for five stars is the screen. The day after I got this phone I tripped and dropped it face down in a parking lot and broke four nice holes in the screen, I had no idea at the time, but apparently this phone ships with a discreet screen protector. Since then, (I work in a warehouse) this phone has been dropped, tossed, stepped on, and other warehouse activities, the screen protector is shot to hell, but I just removed it to replace and the phone itself is pristine. Definitely impressed. The one thing I will say is soon after I got it. Before the warehouse problems, the .5 camera lens shattered out completely for some reason when nothing had happened to it and it was not previously cracked. But other than that everything is great.

I didn't want a new phone and I definitely didn't want to pay so I went to the refurbishing option. I did extensive research in the reviews and can honestly say the purple iPhone 11 was the best choice. I have had this for 2 years and its still going strong. It updates like the standard iPhones and is a great way to recycle the materials we already use. The battery capacity has gone down in increments but it still works and I splurged on the storage. I highly recommend it as a temporary and permanent phone. I got exactly what I was looking for but I advise everyone who is interested in refurbished items to DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Love this phone, it worked right out of the box with no issues. Doesn't work as well bc of IOS 26, but thats not the sellers fault so Im keeping 5 stars. Still using it today, and have been for about a year and a half Update The charging port is messed up so now I have to wireless charge it and I can’t use plug-in earbuds. For a while it would charge at a certain angle but now it’s cooked. This is after a year of moderate use, and since it’s used it’s not entirely unexpected, I just wished it could have gone another year or so, plus it started having serious issues with IOS 26 (maps not working, very slow when in low power mode, ca get very hot on occasion, etc.), not the seller’s fault obv. just thought I should mention it

The phones arrived in really good condition. They were a day late but that was an issue with FedEx not with the seller. Everything works good on the phones and we like them a lot thank you so much!!

I got my phone today and I was soooo excited cause my last phone was an iPhone SE 2nd gen. so you know the kind of upgrade lol. I got the excellent version, but I got it as if it’s good. it had a lot of sticky residue, and the stickers on it were so strong on the phone. there are some small scratches. you can’t feel it but you can see them which is kind of sad. the cameras on the back are slightly scratched. but the screen isn’t broken or scratched. it came with the cable charger but I thought a screen protector would as well but it didn’t. while I was setting it up, it kept turning off on me. So I dunno how the battery is. I’m stuck updating the phone for like 2 hours since it kept automatically turning off. (Screaming) the weight is heavier than the se, for obvious reasons lol. I like the way my hand wraps around it it’s easy to hold. not slippery in my opinion. It looks fine from a distance, but I notice it. I notice the nicks and the jacks or whatever which pisses me off. my se was also second hand, but that one looked new. This iphone 11 doesn’t. look new nor in excellent condition. THEY LIE. All the buttons work which is nice, but I’ll check in later. If the battery is below 80% I’m returning it. edit, it took a while after but the battery is at 100 so I’m staying with it lol. I took off the residue off with an alcohol wipe and it’s so slay. thank you for the phone. I’ll try not to judge so hard next time. edit, my Face ID doesn’t work
