PC networking tool kit includes digital multimeter, tester, crimper, stripper, pliers, punch down tool and soldering iron for system integrators and MIS engineers of computer repair and network installation. Review: Most of what you need - I have to carry a separate punch for 66 block because this kit only has a basic punch and very different blade inserts than any of my previous punch tools. But all I added was my fluke and some consumables to complete this set Review: A Basic Starter Kit with Tools of Varying Quality - Build quality of most of the tools are Decent, but there are some that are really cheap and I almost immediately replaced them with professional quality tools. The de-soldering pump is really cheap and it's not even the best way to clean up solder jobs anyway. The cable tester is just a basic modular one. Good for a wiremap test and nothing more. The multimeter is an "apprentice" level meter that I found wasn't even that accurate when checking voltage for laptop chargers. The punchdown tool is really cheap and flimsy and the 110 bit started chipping after only 3 keystone jacks. Quality of the case itself is pretty good. The feet at the bottom were broken when it arrived, but that's not a big deal. After a year and a half, it's still holding its own. Overall, this is a VERY basic kit with some cheap tools you can practice with, but you'll wanna replace them once you start doing serious IT work.
