Seems to be good quality but too soon to tell if it will help with issues that I hope it will. It does lower my blood pressure which mine has always been low so I don't need that side effect.

Nutricost capsules are a bit smaller and easier to swallow, but I have to admit I like the bottle design and overall style from Sports Research more 🙂
