It has a very nice look to it, more suited for an indoor environment than in a garage or dirty area. I use it often since we moved into a house with 10 foot high ceilings. Surprisingly heavy and sturdy enough for an average size person Folds up flat and thin so its easy to store in any closet. I like it.

Gorgeous! I wanted something that I could store in plain sight and also had at least 2/3 to 3/4 the height capacity of my eyesore 6’ Werner aluminum stepladder, which I store in the garage. Seriously, if you wanted to turn this ladder into a plant stand, I’d say it’s a worthy candidate for that. It’s that nice looking. It also folds away so flat that you can hide it behind a door. Not so with my Werner! For those reviewers who say it’s heavy, I say try lugging a 6’ Werner around. This gem weighs much less than that, and it’s beautifully made. What I really like is that the ladder rails extend at least 20” above the top step, so you have a convenient way to “wedge” your knees into the stepladder for added stability on the top step. You can’t do—and shouldn’t do—that on a Werner! Highly recommended.

I was looking for a step stool that had a handle to make it easy to move around the house. When this arrived I noticed that it was a bit heavier than I expected (not heavy--just not extremely light like the typical small stools without a handle). Then I opened it completely and thought that it might be a little too close to the ground to be truly helpful for me. Then I put it in front of my kitchen cabinet and stepped on it--wow! It is very stable, has a good sized step area, and is high enough for me to reach the top shelf of my cabinets. Then I folded it up and leaned it against the wall--the black and bamboo are very attractive. Sold! I was planning on storing it in a closet, but decided to just keep it out most of the time--it takes up very little room depth-wise and does not detract at all from my kitchen decor--it fits in perfectly, and I find I use it much more often if I don't have to drag it out of a closet. Love it!

I've had this for about 4 months now and every time I use it I announce my love for it! I wish I found it years ago. My kitchen cabinets are tall, they go all the way to the ceiling, and I have always found myself climbing on the counter to get things from the highest shelf, ugh. Then I saw this... it's nice looking, slim (it fit between the China cabinet and the wall) and it is very light weight. I also like the handle. When I stand on the top step it is the perfect height to lean my legs on for a little support and it feels very safe. To sum it up...I love it and would absolutely buy another if anything should ever happen to it!

The Sorfey Aluminum/Bamboo Folding 3 Step Ladder was a bit expensive for a step ladder, but it really is a nice and different touch for our new house. It is sturdy and strong, but might be a little heavy for older users. It’s weight is fine for my wife & me (in our 70s.) It’s easy to carry when folded and we feel safe when using the top step because of the handle on top. It helps stabilize your legs, but I’d recommend having someone near to spot you if you are standing on the top step of any ladder or step stool. We really like the upscale look of the unit. It looks like a tool that matches the furniture. We’d recommend this item.

Wow, I am impressed with the quality of this step stool! I was looking for a replacement for an ultra thin, ultra lightweight step stool and unfortunately that manufacturer no longer made them so I thought I'd "settle" on this one from Amazon. But wow!! This one is nice. It's lightweight, sturdy, and folds very smoothly. If I ever need another step stool I'll look at this brand first!

I wanted this to hang on the wall in my new laundry room off my kitchen to reach high cabinets. The ladder will be seen when the door is open so I wanted something more sculptural and high end than an ordinary step ladder. This is perfect. Not as light weight as my rubbermade aluminum ladder but much more stylish and much lighter than most. Seems quite sturdy and well made. Folds and unfolds easily. I deducted one star because the first ladder i received was dented. Box was OK but a dent in the top bar. Amazon had a replacement to me within days however I had to go through the hassle of getting it to the UPS store for the return.

The style will match any home very well with clean black lines, wood accents, and other furniture or fixtures with matte black metal a finish. The ladder does have a little play or movement rocking it around by hand, but that doesn’t compromise on how sturdy it is. Its lightweight and fairly easy to carry for the 3 step model, with just enough height off the 2nd step to reach about anything you’d need. I do think the manufacturer should replace the plastic foot grip inserts, cutting a shallow line in the wood and applying black paint would achieve a similar look and beveled grip area. I’ll update this review should I have any issues with mine coming loose. You can get slightly more sturdy silver aluminum models at a couple big member only stores if you don’t mind a little more bulk, and that they look like they belong in a garage. Overall, very happy with the purchase and it fits my home perfect.

Totally worth the pretty penny. This is so functional and has a luxury aesthetic. I have used this ladder in a brand new client home that has very high ceilings and kitchen cabinets. It works like a dream and looks gorgeous when left in use.

I struggled to buy a decent step ladder locally (Sydney, Australia) that met my 2 criteria for good design and safety. This step ladder exceeds both criteria and it looks amazing as a bonus. The ladder is slim, easy to fold, and feels absolutely solid to stand on. It is so slim that it sits happily in the small space beside the fridge being ready and at hand when required. Well worth the price!

The ladder is exceptional! It is sturdy, and lightweight and so convenient in my brand new kitchen in high to reach places. It also is decorative so it can stay out. Received so many compliments! Best thing about it is the handle at the top, and the steps are wide… so super safe! A+++

One cannot use this, The handle which I wanted to grip on to when I step up is too short. The handle was knee level which meant I had to bend down to access. And this is the best part……..when I attempted to step up my knee hit the handle. Ha ha ha. One has to be no taller than five feet to use this. Lovely to look at. Impossible to use.
