Breaking down my review into topics, but I'll say right off the bat these deserve 5 stars! Use: I had these on auto delivery for a while because they were so good. Perfect for the casual user if you're wanting to add more protein to your diet or supplement a workout. 30g of protein isn't mind blowing and body builders might pass on this, but it was perfect for me, and protein in much higher amounts all at once is not giving you the benefit you think it is anyway. Price: Great price on Amazon. In the past I've bought a 12-pack for $16 and you can't beat that... but $20 for 12 is still a great deal considering these cost $7-$9 for a 4-pack at Kroger. You're hard pressed to find another protein shake for such a good value and flavor. Taste: The price may not even be the best part. These are rich, creamy, and actually taste very similar to chocolate milk (no one's ever going to match the real thing of course). They don't have the gross "protein shake" taste or texture. Very easy to drink, you forget there's 30g of protein. I can't say I've tried a ton of other protein shakes on the market, but I don't need to since I've found these. And 140 calories is awesome. Packaging: Some people have commented on the packaging and expiration dates. In all my shipments (there were probably at least 5 total?) there were no issues. Came in great shape, well packaged, prompt, no complaints. The cap screwed off and back on easily, but I always drank them quickly because they were so good so never needed to re-screw the cap. They're also compact so they don't take up a ton of room in the fridge. Overall: 5+ stars. Seriously, just try these. If you don't like them someone you know probably will.

I used to buy the cans in the frosty chocolate flavor which I loved. Then they doubled the price of the cans and I refused to pay this price. So I tried this in the chocolate flavor. It serves my needs for extra protein, and the flavor is good and more affordably priced.

This particular product had an ingredient that didn't agree with my tummy. I do well with the Vanilla and Strawberry though. Most people would probably have no problems. I a very sensitive stomach. Tasted great though. Consistency was smooth.

I’ve tried several different brands of these “protein shakes”, and this one has the best flavor. It’s not thick like a shake, it’s more the consistency of milk, kind of thin. But it’s not overly sweet like some of the others, and 30 grams of protein is pretty good! Plus it provides half of the daily recommended calcium, and quite a few vitamins and minerals. It’s not overly expensive either, so I recommend you try it.

A lot of cheaper to buy PP shakes from Amazon. Not sure why the grocery store is sticking it to everyone. PP shakes are the best of all I tried and better when mixed with milk.

Super creamy and tasty

Sure does take care of that chocolate craving! Easy to drink, long expiration date, doesn't need to be refrigerated until after opening. But-tastes good at room temperature, better cold out of the refrigerator. Smooth consistency, easy to take with you as a ready-to-drink shake.

Really enjoy the product. Nice taste. A smallish size but does include 30g of protein so you'd need to be on the big size to not find that a sufficient boost of protein to satisfy most average 'fit dude' requirements. Bought this several times.
