This is the perfect watch strap for when you want to step up and be even more formal than a plain leather watch band. "Crocodile/Alligator" straps are often regarded to be the most formal strap for those that want to go beyond the plain leather when dressing up. As such, these are best suited to go onto simple and clean dress watches, but anyone can do as they wish. The leather is nice and plush, and the stamping of the pattern looks really good and even continues onto the back of the strap. The indents and texturing go deep to give it a natural look, all while being more humane and not using real crocodile/aligator skin. The leather is soft and forms easily around your wrist. The strap is too long in my opinion. On my ~6.5" wrist there is noticeable overlap when I have the watch on with the underside of the strap sticking out ruining the appearance and making it slightly sloppy looking for what should be very formal and clean. The keeper is unable to get into a position to hold it down either so it's stuck with the overlap. It probably would not be a problem for those with larger wrists, but most dress watches are ~40mm (like the one pictures) and thin so it makes an already long strap feel even longer for me. Overall I am still happy with it and I think it looks good, but keep in mind that there might be a little overhang if your wrist is under 7".

I purchased this watch band about a year ago in the 20mm size. It has endured everything I have put it through. It has retained it's color and comfort and looks as good as new. I just purchased a new watch and of course the band width on the new one is 22mm instead of 20mm so I couldn't use the old band on my new watch. I had to get a new band for the new watch. I went with the exact same band I bought from Ritche last time (only in 22mm instead of 20mm) because it is that good. Worth every penny. Don't hesitate, just pick a style you like and buy it... you won't be disappointed! Update: The second band I bought (the 22mm one) just had the fixed hold down loop delaminate (after 2 years of use). Not a big deal. It still works fine, just doesn't look great. So, I just ordered another one. These really are great bands!

It is very good. It has same collar and pattern. It is more shiner but no problem. Only drawback is strap end is straight flat rather than pointed which can be easier to insert strap end into strap holder loop. It is very good priced, do not know yet how long it will last.

I bought this for my Samsung Galaxy watch 2 active, I've had it on for about 2 days now. I can already tell it's not gna last a year maybe 2 months tops I'll update for sure, but the loops that hold the excess strap have something that stick out and just digs into the bottom of my wrist. The actual strap doesn't feel soft. It's definitely a bit on the thought side. Some people may like that. But the original leather strap was way softer. And it lasted 2 years. The skin is obviously not real alligator but the leather is most likely cow hide. I mean it's cheap. Design is decent. Overall it's a solid 3 out of 5. I bought two the first was a tad too big for the watch, my fault didn't read the full listing. But this one fit. A bit hard to put on though needed to put some force into it and really work at it. But it fit good afte about 20 minutes fidgeting with it. I probably won't butt another one tbh. That's just me.
