These bowls saved me and my Frenchie. He was diagnosed with IVDD and had to be on cage rest for over a month. I wanted food/water bowls to put in his crate that he wouldn't knock over. Since he can't be left unattended and roaming, I upgraded his area and still use these in his area today. Easy to wash and great quality.

The medium-sized bowls are next to perfect for my rabbit. He used to throw his food bowl around when he was mad about it being empty, and now he can’t. Checkmate, buddy! (Don’t worry, he has free access to hay and foraging toys at all times. He is just a spoiled boy that wants constant access to pellets.) I also love that there are two bowls and mounts, as now he has a non-projectile food dish and water bowl he can’t accidentally sit in. They attach well to the bars of his pen and are easy to remove for cleaning. Highly recommend! Update, two months later: He figured out how to throw the metal inner bowls. 🤣😂 My spoiled boy now chucks them at me when he wants or thinks he needs something. Still good bowls!

These are great for my dogs as they spend their nights inside the crates. I don’t have to worry about them making a mess with their water bowls when they circle around or roll around in their homes. My favorite part was is that it is very easy to latch onto the crates and the water bowls can actually be taken off and refilled without detaching the holder from the case. It came in exactly as described on the listing.

The photos for installation are very misleading. One photo shows lining the bowl side's bolt with the crate's wire inside the bolts groove. Another photos says not to do it. I tried both ways and it only works if I line up the bolts groove with the wire of the crate going through the bolt. Otherwise, if I tighten the nut side with the bolt between the wires. The bowl will spin to the side with any amount of pressure on the bowls. It also requires you to install the bowl with a horizontal crate wire just below it, to keep it from tipping side to side. I like the two part design with the metal bowl coming out for cleaning and leaving the colored plastic bowl attached to the crate.

I originally bought this for my dog’s kennel, they are smaller than they look in the picture, but they are made out of quality materials. My daughter decided to claim them for her own so she uses them as pans and her little kitchen area. They didn’t necessarily fit in my dogs kennel so for my instance, they did not work. Just make sure that your sizes are correct and you should be OK.

It works OK but it only hold a little bit of water and the plastic screw you secure it onto the cage with is not good. Since the screw and nut are plastic, it is not very stable at all. I often worry about it falling off since it has a lot of jiggle/play and never gets tight. You get what you pay for with this one. The plus side is that it is very easy to remove and install. Our other heavy duty metal bowls take more work to install so we use this one for travel.

Update: I'm a silly goober, I didn't see how the bars of the pen can click right into the attachment of the bowl, that's entirely my fault for not seeing that before using the bowls and then writing a review so I updated my review to 5 stars ~ I highly recommend these dishes, so perfect! Previous review: Well these look just as pictured and the dimensions are on point too! My complaints have to do with how much weight they can hold and the twist attachment. One bowl I use for my rabbit's food, the other bowl I use for the water, and that bowl dips down from the weight of the water. It's filled about 2/3 of the way with water and struggles to hold the weight. I believe this is because of the twist attachments, while cute in their flower shape, they are not very long and just barely extend past the width of the metal bars. Had the attachment been longer there would be no cause for concern but the bowl is pulling down on the attachment so I wonder if the bowl or metal bars will eventually bend / buckle. Just make sure you know your measurements before ordering. Otherwise, I do recommend these bowls, they were cost effective, cute in color, and hold quite a bit of food and water for one rabbit!

Was skeptical of the plastic mounts at first but they are durable and better than the other bowls we have tried. We use them in Chicken pens for 1 or 2 birds and they work great. Durable, inexpensive, fit onto our pens well and easy to clean.
