Cant go past this Nigella book.
A great book from Nigella. I am an Aussie, parents Italian, now living in India (what a combo), and this just brings back so many memories of my mum and dad and the feasts we had as a family when they were here. Living in India and not having or being able to find many ingredients, is a bit of a bother, so there are many recipe's I dont or cant cook due to non availability of ingredients. This is really worth the buy, written in a down to earth way and so easy to follow. I really recommend this to anyone who is interested in Italian food (mostly Southern Italian cuisine, different to mine as we are Northern). A great buy, thanks Nigella and Amazon.

Yet another amazing book from Nigella
Yet another amazing book from Nigella. This book is so lovable and takes us deep into the italian cooking apart from the pastas and pestos we make. Nigella has her own twist to the traditional recipes which makes them lot more easier. Italian cooking is all about taste n using less ingredients as possible and try highlight the main ingredient without gimmicks!

As usual, Nigella's recipes are simple, effortless but delicious. No. of recipes is not much but whatever is there, is good. Very happy with this book.
