Excellent product
I am currently trying to collect multiple consoles from when I was a kid and didn’t have money to buy all of them. Anyways this product came clean and on time with everything I needed and a little bit more. I had to get a converter for the av cables to hdmi so that it would connect to the tv which is what I had to do for my PlayStation 1 as well but outside of that I had no issues. It turned on just fine and is functioning and working exactly how it’s supposed to.

Doesn't work upon arrival. Quality Issues.
Product looked good but disk drawer would not open. Unit powered up and sounds like mechanical issue with motor or gears. You would have thought is was tested before shipping. Sent it back and I give them another chance but, then I'm done. I'm not sure I'll trust the next one but I'll try an optimistic approach.

Defective product, can't even attempt to play a game.
Update on my last review: The first one was unusable, the replacement works perfectly, and it arrived quickly. I'm having a blast revisiting my old collection. If you order this, make sure you buy an adapter to convert to modern TVs.

DOESN’T WORK
I was very disappointed when I received this item. It did come with everything listed but it’s supposed to be “refurbished.” It was so dirty. The disc tray won’t open like it’s getting caught on something. After trying the eject button maybe 3 or 4 times the lights went out. Even when plugged in. It was basically DOA.

Amazingly fun, but my Disc drive only opens on its side and not standing vertical
Great, and works fine. My only issue is that the disc drive doesn't open while standing, but on it's side it's no issue. Only thing preventing a 5, otherwise I am having the time of my life playing a ps2 again
