Do not buy!
Very bad, ugly! Fragile metal, shaky design and large gaps. Poor quality workmanship - straight to the wastebasket!

The last phone dock I will ever need
The HeroDock is great. When my phone gets swapped out to USB-C, I will only have to change out the cable, not the whole dock. The only Cons: Need to use a small gauge USB cable and one with a small connector. The standard AmazonBasics cables work well with this dock. Also, would have preferred a black base as opposed to the silver, but all of these are minor gripes. Now if they could make a HeroDock for my tablet where the connector is in the right corner, I would be all set. Probably just needs a wider base for it.

HeroDock Phone Charger - Great for Phones with a Case!
Love the HeroDock because you can charge the phone with a phone-case on. The assembly at first doesn't seem intuitive, but once you do it it seems easy!

Purchased this HeroDock for my iPhone 6 Plus. The dock is made of metal and feels sturdy. It is possible, to adjust both the height that the lightning connector protrudes from the housing, and the rear resting plate's position, to allow connection whilst the phone is still in your case of choice. Because of this adjustability, if you change cases, you would simply reconfigure the HeroDock to accept the new dimentions. The other main feature of this product that impresses me, is that it uses your own Lightning to USB cable. This means that if your cable stops functioning or the lightning connector gets damaged, you simply replace the cable, no need to buy another dock. This is by no means the cheapest dock, but it's versitility and the fact that the wearable parts can be replaced, make this an awesome product. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
