I use this to keep my body going.

Wow. This works great for my knee (previous injury, patela and meniscus damage, recurring pain/inflammation/fluid build up). Being allergic to NSAID’s, this supplement is extremely helpful for inflammation reduction. I was skeptical seeing others’ reviews, but my Dr recommended it and uses it successfully himself for similar issues, so I went ahead and got it. So glad I did! Pretty quickly alleviates the inflammation and fluid build up around my injury, resulting in less pain and instability. The pain’s not completely gone, but I’m not expecting it to be, especially before the area heals (or I have it surgically corrected). But is has made a pretty amazing difference and alleviated some challenging symptoms. UPDATE: After using this product the last 8 months, I’m going to keep using it! It’s relieved not only the accute pain from my last knee injury, but the nagging, residual pain from other/old/overuse injuries, as well. Again, I’m not 100% pain-free, but as close as I’ve ever been in my adult life (and I have a lot of sports/work injuries). It IS spendy (even in the 90 capsule quantity), but it really works. I wish I could afford to buy twice as much, and share it with my elderly mom who’s dealing with very painful arthritis.

I can't say this is working for me totally, but I believe strongly in chicken cartilidge (rooster comb) for knees, which is in there.... and Cucermin, and esp. Boswellia! So will keep taking. My go-to right now is Bamboo Silica which has redued all pain. I really believe in tree, root ingredients to repair cartlidge.

I started using this for perimenopausal neck and shoulder joint pain. Give it a chance to work (2-3 months) and I believe you will see a difference.

The cost of this pains me to my core, but it works so well on my hips and knees, that I just keep buying it. Highly recommend with anyone with joint pain.

Didn't notice a difference in joint pain at all

I usually use a different joint relief supplement that in combination with an antiinflammatory diet I can tell a noticeable difference. This supplement did not provide the same relief but I didn't feel increased joint discomfort, as if using nothing either.
