Just as described - it is 2.75" long
It took a lot of internet searches on other websites to confirm that these bulbs are indeed 2.75" long. I needed the replacement bulbs for WB08X10028. However, most sites describe their "genuine replacement" as being 3" or 2.95" long. Measuring the original bulb it was only 2.78" and there was only 0.125" of clearance.
