Excellent Professional Grade Spatula
This, like every other Winco product I own, is professional grade. I worked in the restaurant industry for years, and this is the type of utensil we used. It's designed for high-throughput kitchens, so it's very heat resistant, durable, and cheap to replace. Keep the handle off the hot stuff, and this will last a long time. Love it!

High quality. A pleasure to use.
Excellent blade. Perfect hardness conforms to contours of most pots and pans. Heat resistance makes it usable for omelettes and sauces.

Super long and strong
Super long & strong handle makes mixing bread dough easier without the handle snapping in half. Head is also on the stiffer side to make scraping down sides of bowls work well for thicker doughs and batters. This is definitely commercial grade meant for some heavy duty stirring and scraping, just what I was looking for. High quality, excellent product.

Siempre que llego a una cocina, lo primero que volteo a ver son dos cosas: Ollas resistentes a distintos tipos de cocción (incluido horneado) y espatulas de silicon de mango rojo Estas espátulas las he estado manejando durante años en cocinas profesionales y siempre duran mas que los remaches de las ollas, a diferencia de otros tipos, estan duran mucho tiempo, sirven tanto para preparados calientes (incluido caramelo) como frios (soy pastelero de profesión, hacer merengues y frosting es mi vida) Estas espatulas valen la pena la inversión
