I love these, and the 3 different sizes look really nice together. Yes they are clearly plastic, but I needed to use them in a room that would melt real candles. They look really nice and the flicker effect is very realistic. The timer function is auto set to 6 hours on and 18 off. If you want to change the time they come on, just turn them off, then on again when you want the 6 hours to start. I`ve just changed mine now it`s getting dark earlier. Very good value for money.

Dont be put off by reviews and comments that these items feel cheap. I generally use candles from Smartcandle (which are approx £80 for three) outdoors in the garden in chrome lanters holders. The main issue that I have found is that they melt when the sun is on them as they are effectively in a greenhouse. While these items do indeed 'feel cheap' as they are not made of wax, you cannot tell them apart from much more expensive units when they are not in your hands and you are using your eyes only. They are quite lightweight but the battery is held in by a solid waterproof cover that screws into place not a little flimsy clip in cover found in every other candle I own. They are fully waterproof (I dropped one in the hot tub accidentally) and it still works perfectly after being under water for 10 mins. The timer function works perfectly and after a month of coming on for 6 hours per evening they are as bright as the day I first turned them on. I have ordered another 5 packs and cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent for the garden as they are waterproof and look like real candles from a distance. They’re a good “wax” colour. I like the size variety. I have bought 2 sets now. They didn’t have a remote control but the timer is useful.

Its not what i expected for the price if honest, feels and looks cheap. Havent tested as of it so cant comment on function.

„save on batteries“ well… much more though if they would work with rechargeable batteries! They don’t.

Bought a set of these last year and they have been outside all year in a large lantern. Worked for months. New batteries now its winter and they are glowing away again. Brilliant realistic set of candles.

Although these are plastic and feel cheap when held, they look like the real thing from a distance. I bought a second set because they look so good. The timer works really well and they would work just as well outside as the base, where the batteries go, is screwed in and seems watertight. I prefer these to the ones coated in wax as when you push the batteries in, in the waxed ones, the wax splits very easily.

Har dessa stående utomhus på verandan under hösten och vintern för lite ökad stämning och fungerar bra. Batterierna håller rätt länge, inte räknat hur länge men kanske ett byte på säsongen, och man ställer en timer som finns i varje ljus på att lysa t.ex. 8h på dygn. Så då får man ta alla ljusen och sätta i batterierna samtidigt och aktivera timern den tid man vill att de ska börja lysa, kanske kl 15 eller 16 på eftermiddagen, sedan kommer de tändas automatiskt den tiden varje dag.

Bis jetzt prima, macht ein tolles Licht. Allerdings war in keiner der Kerzen ein Abdichtungsring im Deckel. Nun warte ich auf Regen um zu sehen,ob sie auch dicht sind

guter Schraubverschluss von unten damit keine Feuchtigkeit an die Batterien kommen, ansonsten schönes warmes Licht.
