are these gluten free?

I think if they were gluten-free, that would be on the box, so I'd guess they are not gluten-free. My understanding is that bakers like gluten because it holds the dough together better and raises the protein level (my bread machine cookbooks tell me this, but in more technical language). And I'd guess that if they make gluten-free crackers, they would not only advertise that on the box but would raise the price.
