So far has worked great. Was prescribed a topical gel for arthritus pain in shoulder but worried about side effects so probably not using prescription. Found this stuff and its doing a great job, so I will stick with what works.

This warned me WAY more than I anticipated. I put it on the back of my thigh and calf, then sat with my leg folded. I don’t reel the heat right away, but oh boy when it kicked in it was HOT. Also, don’t shower because hot water just makes it hotter.

This gel gives a nice, strong warming effect and really helps with sore muscles. It absorbs quickly and isn’t too sticky. The heat feels great after a long day. I just wish it lasted a little longer, but overall it works well and I would still recommend it!

I feel super hot after using it.... Helps with my knee problem

I suffer from knee pain (osteoarthritis). Bought this to relieve the pain. But Holy Moly!!!! This thing BURNS. It’s so strong, it penetrates to the bone. If you have sensitive skin, skip it. I wanted to use it on my 82 yr old FIL but it will definitely burn his delicate aged skin. If you’re a female, do not use after shaving. I made that mistake and paid for it. Other than this, it really does relieve the pain. After 1-2 minutes of applying, you’ll feel it start to warm up then progressively get hotter. The next reaction is “what the heck….oh no!” But by the next day, you’re feeling better. Hope this helps anyone. Oh…, one more thing, don’t rub it in to your skin so much, just apply. You’ll thank me later.

My shoulder was very painful, and I applied the ointment to the affected area. At first, my skin felt very spicy and hot. It did relieve the pain! But it only relieved the pain, not completely cured it!

Great stuff, help with pain

Careful, this product is hot so use very little. But was very effective in calming down my hamstring strain. Greaseless and easy to use.

Product is to be used with caution and to be applied sparingly. Bought for pain management. Application should be used with applicator as when using fingers on application to area, both fingers and area burned with intense heat. Spouse had to wash it away to remove the burning sensation. Though later in the evening after his walk, there was no complaints of pain around injury where gel was applied. Need to experiment more.

Hits the spot very intense and great

Habe einen ellenbruch hinter mir und immer noch Schmerzen nach anstrengender Arbeit. Die Salbe nicht so dünn auftragen und kurz einmassieren dann etwa 10 Min warten. Es wärmt wohltuend durch und lindert den Schmerz enorm. Nur nicht auf offene Stellen benutzen das brennt wie Hölle. Ansonsten topp ich hole es mir nochmal.
