Delivery experience is good but product are like used product, from sides it is uneven or not smooth and round and product have no company name mentioned

i can feel the stitched part at the neck and it's a bit hard
It's a bit uncomfortable. You can probably wear it for a short while, since the stitched part is kinda hard causing it to feel hard at the back of the neck
