the phone was pretty disappointing especially after having to wait an extra week ...
After getting the wrong product at first, when we did get what we ordered, on half the order, the handset color did not match the phone color. Likewise, the "kits" that they provide such as buttons, etc. are not all the same as well. For the cost, the phone was pretty disappointing especially after having to wait an extra week to get them.

Works great
Worked great with our existing Norstar system. It had all the functions expected. Although it was used it came to us clean.
