It’s amazing

I was really impressed when I used this eyeliner for the first time — the colour was rich, the texture smooth, and it had great staying power. However, after that first use, it’s been a disappointment. I’ve tried multiple times, but twisting it up is very difficult, and sometimes it doesn’t come up at all. Even when it does, the tip breaks off easily, and surprisingly, there’s often little to no colour payoff. I really wanted to like this product and keep using it, but the way it’s going, it’s just not usable anymore.

The mechanism was broken and did not disperse any product :(

Product arrived in time and was well-packaged. However, it was not easy to apply - having a 'stickiness' to it - and did not give a good result. Also, there was hardly any pencil to twist up. After a single application (both eyes) I could not twist up any additional product. Disappointing.

this is the 2nd time I've received the eyeliner from this supplier where the product is dry and crumbles while I attempt to put it on. Either supplier has very poor quality and inventory standards or the product itself has been reformulated and not what is use to be. I won't be buying nor recommending it until that changes for the better.
