Does the battery come out easily? Concerned about kids having access to it？

The tablet came with a small screwdriver that needs to be used to access the battery. Without the screwdriver access to the battery would be very difficult for a child.

Is the drawing board a good education toy?

It is as much of an educational toy as any other writing board. It is basically a smaller version of the classic magna-doodle type toy. Draw pictures, practice writing and math.

How to replace the battery？

The battery is hidden at the bottom of the writing tablet and fixed with a screw. A screwdriver is included in the package, after unscrewing the screw, replace the battery.
