My daughter is obsessed with anything fruit punch. I have IBS and she has celiac disease and irritable bowel syndrome so it’s always a race to the bathroom. I try to avoid us getting dehydrated and needing to go to the emergency room for iv fluids. So I found this oral rehydration formula in her favorite flavor fruit punch and I was ecstatic. So many of the other companies don’t have this flavor. You just mix a packet with a bottle of water and mix. Very easy. Smells great. Has all the electrolyte you need to replenish yourself to prevent dehydration. Tastes good. Comes with many packets in the package to last a while. Very effective. Highly recommend!

The best hydration product I’ve tasted. Let’s face it. The various salts that they use in hydration products taste awful. And I won’t mention the popular brand found in convenience stores that will rip out your stomach. But these are formulated to taste great and make chugging 16 ounces very easy. I have to use this daily as I have POTS. The grape flavor is the best. Priced to competitively as well. Strong recommend.

Good flavor and works as well if not better than IV. I actually prefer this one to IV because it doesn't have such a sickly sweet flavor like IV does. Sugar free isn't an option because your body actually needs sugar to transport the vitamins as my diabetic doctor told me. I take 3 different diuretics so I dehydrate really easily and these really help me get back to where I need to be so my sugar doesn't spike.

These taste and smell delicious! I have a sensitive stomach and cannot tolerate the fake sugars and sugar alcohol, so I appreciate that this has real sugar and does not make me bloated. Finally.
