We love this face paint. It goes on nice and thick, great coverage and the colors are lovely. It really is top notch quality, although a bit of a splurge. I probably wouldn’t spend this much if it was just for a single family type event, but if you’re going to be painting faces at several events I think it’s worth it. It also lasts a long time, you’ll get a lot of faces painted with this set.

This palette is great! The smaller size is perfect because I purchased it to take with me when I travel. The only problem I had is that the individual paint pans don't fit super tight in the holder so they wanted to pop out when I was loading my brush. A minor detail. The black works wonderful for line work, but I had more trouble with the white (whites in general tend to get goopy). The colors are beautiful and very functional. If this was the only palette I had, I could paint a huge variety of designs with it. While the colors are very vibrant, If you are looking for super bright neons, this is not the palette you want. The paint goes on the skin well and washes off really good. No staining. I really like the fact that these paints are gluten free as I am non-celiac gluten sensitive. There are two brushed included with this palette. The round brush will work good for line work, but the small flat brush is a bit of a mystery to me as it is not a size that is very usable. Two sizes of round brushes would've made more sense. If you purchase this palette, you will want to purchase a 3/4" flat brush if you don't already have one as that is the brush this palette is designed to work with. I would highly recommend this palette.

These are the most incredible paints I’ve come across. The color is rich and beautiful, and the gold and silver sheen in each of the cakes is subtle yet so deep and rich.. But what impressed me the most is how easy it was to manage in the sense that it never muddied on me. Even when my brush could use just a spritz of water, I can still pick up color from the cake and it flows just as perfectly. It’s so hard to explain how a cake doesn’t become gummy and you don’t have to load your brush all the way up! A little is all you need. They work and feel like oil based paint yet, come right off with a moist towelette. I’ve never seen anything like it. Never. Color me impressed!

I am keeping this because the colors are nice combinations but for the price I feel there should be more actual paint, they're tiny. Paint can easily get mixed if you don't load your brush with some care because of small size. I will not be displaying this on my kit, will probably only use for smaller occasions due to the fact that it will not last long. If this product was a little wider for cakes themselves and deeper I'd be planning on buying another one down the road. Instead I'll probably make my own of tee colors I bought it for such as black & white, browns for puppies. If this is for family or just fun I recommend! For parties or events I would not. Also, when washing off there is some slight staining with the darker colors which doesn't bother me. Hope this helps!

These face paints are beautiful! After much research, we bought this brand. It stays on and yet washes off with soap and water. The color pads had really nice assortments. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

Doesn't load enough color and my container was defective. They don't stay clamped down. It made a total mess. I would return it, but I lost one in the process of trying to use it.At an event.

I love the pink pigment and consistency, however the cakes are tiny and are loose in the tray so they pop out constantly they don't stay where they're supposed to. Which makes it difficult to load your brush. I guess for the price I was expecting more paint these will not last long at all. But again pretty colors and consistency just very little paint for the price.

I think this is a very nice palette for when you are on the go and don't have space to take all your paints. Or when you are just starting out and want to try a lot of different colors, without paying too much. The cups/containers were a little bit smaller than I thought they would be, but with the width a little bit smaller than a regular splitcake container they actually have a perfect fit: still wide enough for a 1#, but not too wide for a 3/4#. With a 3/4 # flat brush you can still pick up all the colors in the container. The variety of colors in the palette is really great, no bright neons, but there are colors for every purpose. White and black are good opaque. I tested all the colors on my arm first and removed them again with soap, water and a dry make-up cloth. No stains visible, not even for the darker colors. Only things I liked a little bit less: 1. the red in the 'flame' split cake (yellow/orange/red/black) turned out a little bit pink on the skin, I'd prefer a deep red instead. 2. The pallet goes with two small brushes. There are no sizes on the brushes, but they resemble a round #1, and a flat 1/8#. I don't know why the small flat brush is in there, I would prefer a much wider flat brush so you can really use the split cakes.

Schöne Farben und super ist, dass gleich 2 Pinsel dabei sind. Den großen Pinsel musste ich mir aber separat bestellen. Einige Töpfchen haben zwischen den Farben einen Spalt, aber finde das nicht schlimm. Einen Stern muss ich abziehen, da es für mich nicht ersichtlich war, dass das Produkt aus New York geliefert wird, da zu dem Zeitpunkt bei einigen Lieferanten die Lieferzeiten gleich waren. ( Oder überlesen) Daher musste ich dann nochmal über 7€ nachzahlen.

Needed a wet brush and gentle spray. Gorgeous colour payoff.

Does exactly what it should, well made and no problems at all, well worth the money

Bin mit dem Produkt zufrieden. Aber einen Stern habe ich abgezogen, weil ich mich ein wenig geändert habe über den Versand. Ich habe es bestellt als Versandkosten frei, musste bei der Annahme des Packet Farachtkosten in Wert von 8,06€ bezahlen. Das fand ich nicht ok.
